Wellfleet lovers rejoice--this nicely furnished, contemporary one-bedroom apartment is close to all your favorite spots including town center, the town pier, Mayo Beach and Uncle Tim's Bridge. Set back from the road, this open and bright apartment (occupancy of 4) is a wonderful spot for your Wellfleet getaway.

The apartment is above a garage accessible via an exterior stairway to the front deck. Enter a bright and open main living area with living room, dining area and kitchen. The living room has a queen sleep sofa and a large flat screen TV (cable channels via YouTubeTV provided) and WiFi. Just off the living room is a cozy book nook--a wonderful spot to curl up with a bestseller. The dining area has a large table with room for everybody. The well-equipped kitchen has stainless appliances, granite countertops and an oversized island with counter seating.

The roomy bedroom has two queen beds and an ensuite bathroom with shower. There is also a half bath.

Central air conditioning and tiled floors throughout. Washer/dryer in garage.

The large front deck has an outdoor dining table, lounge chairs and gas grill--a perfect spot to relax with a book or soak up some Cape Cod sun.

Head down the driveway to Commercial Street where all things Wellfleet are less than a half mile away--0.3 mi to Uncle Tim's Bridge, 0.3 mi to the Wellfleet Marketplace on Main Street, 0.4 mi to the town pier or 0.5 mi to Mayo Beach on Kendrick Ave. Enjoy fresh seafood including the town's legendary oysters at Mac's Shack--only a two minute walk from the house. Stroll to the pier and watch the fishing and pleasure boats come in and out of the harbor. Continue on to Mayo Beach for swimming, lounging and beachcombing. Little ones will love an afternoon at the playground just across the street from the beach. Or head to Wellfleet's popular Main Street for amazing restaurants, galleries, shops and the Wellfleet Public Library. Short drive to the town's ocean beaches, beloved freshwater ponds, live theater at WHAT (Wellfleet Harbor Actors Theater), Cape Cod Rail Trail for biking and walking, Cape Cod National Seashore beaches, trails and sites, golfing, tennis and more.

**** CANCELLATION/REFUND POLICY ****
Upon cancellation for ANY reason, money will be refunded less a 20% service fee of the total rental amount due, ONLY if the property is re-rented for the same terms and conditions of the original Agreement. Tenant further acknowledges and agrees that where Kinlin Grover Compass undertakes to re-let the property, the rental fee to be charged to the substitute tenant shall be in an amount to be determined in the reasonable discretion of Kinlin Grover Compass and Owner. Tenant agrees that any cancellation of the reservation, undertaken at any time, shall not be effective unless in writing and delivered to Kinlin Grover Compass.
