Welcome to Central Park Prestige, offering Victoria's newest upscale, mini-hotel experience. Designed and purpose-built for short term rental, your space offers unrivaled privacy, luxury, and tranquility comparable to the best hotels in the City. Just a short walk from downtown Victoria, our brand new and custom-built home provides you the perfect balance of privacy, comfort and convenience.

The Space
Your private room is spacious and elegant. Luxury features include heated granite floors, recording studio grade soundproofing, comfortable lounge seating, and commissioned original paintings from local artists. Your private and spa-like ensuite bathroom is equipped with a rainfall shower and wall jets, and heated marble floors. Stay connected for business or personal use with private gigabit ethernet and Wi-Fi 6 connectivity, and numerous streaming services on the 4k TV.

Guest Access
During your stay, you will have access to numerous shared amenities including; a massive deck designed for both relaxation and entertainment featuring a Weber BBQ, custom fire table, massive umbrella, Lazy Boy couches, and Royal Botania sun loungers. Indoor amenities include a fully equipped laundry room with countertop, sink, wine chiller, and fully stocked coffee and tea station. 2026 will see the addition of a hot tub, cold plunge, and sauna for the ultimate spa experience.

We loved the setup! Beautiful new home. Owner lives in an upstairs unit. There's a private entrance around back with automatic sensor lighting. There are 2 units, with a lovely common area containing a very well stocked kitchen and full size washer and dryer. Everything was pristine. 6 minutes from Victoria waterfront. Can't day enough good things aboutb this apartment!!

Host was very responsive and allowed us to check in early. The room was very clean and modern and bed was comfortable. Amenities were plentiful. The air conditioner is quite loud however, so our sleep was disrupted and it took us a while to figure out the shower. Just a regular shower head would've sufficed.

The size of the room is generous and quiet. Deanna was very available for questions. I will definitely rebook this VRBO next time I go to Victoria!

Place was perfect

Check in was seamless, Deanna kept us informed of upcoming trip and check in details on a regular basis. The kitchen facilities were very clean and well stocked. This VRBO would be perfect for two couples going on a trip to Victoria if you were able to book both units A & B. Would highly recommend based on location and units. 25 minute walk to harbour.

Perfect for what we needed! Loved the big washer and dryer, the waterfall shower, and there was just enough space in the small fridge for our needs.

I can’t say enough GREAT things about this property and host! We stayed here the night before and the night of my wedding, and it was perfect. I asked if I could use the space to get ready the morning of, and both the host and the neighbor couldn’t have been more welcoming. They left us a heartfelt note on the bed, which truly set the tone for the day. Our shared-space neighbor was the sweetest, she came out just to wish me a happy wedding day! Everyone was so accommodating, friendly, and quick to respond. My wedding morning was absolutely beautiful, and I’m so grateful we chose to stay here!

This place is absolutely phenomenal! From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by how spotless, thoughtfully designed, and welcoming everything was. The bed was incredibly comfortable. Every amenity was top-tier, clearly chosen with care and quality in mind. We felt completely secure and relaxed the entire stay, which made it easy to fully unwind and enjoy. You can tell the hosts take immense pride in this space — it shows in every detail. We’re already talking about when we can come back. Five stars aren’t enough for this gem

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The unit was very comfortable and met all of our needs. The shared kitchen space was very convenient and included our own section of a refrigerator. The unit was very stylish and we loved the shower with all the jets and the comfortable bed. We would definitely stay again, if the opportunity arises in the future.

Everything was perfect! I thought it was too good to be true when I read the description but it was all that and more, down to homemade cookies and luggage accomodation. The neighborhood is great with nice cafes, and downtown is a 15 minute walk away.
