Two Lakes Studio is a newly renovated large boutique studio (70 sq. mtr) with ocean/lake views set on one of the best streets in Merimbula.

This spacious and sophisticated studio has a modern coastal feel with water views from two large windows over the back garden to views of Merimbula Lake.

Convenient location, only a short walk (and shorter drive) from Spencer Park Beach, Short Point Beach, Bar Beach and Kiosk and Merimbula CBD with its abundance of cafes, shops, and restaurants.

The Studio is below the main house at 24 Collins Street with a private and separate entrance with ample free parking, underneath a car port or by the side of the house.

Enjoy the views in the outdoor seating area with table and chairs with views through the trees to Merimbula Lake where you can sit and enjoy a glass of wine or cup of coffee whilst enjoying the sounds of native birds – Bellbirds, Kookaburras and Whipbirds.

Additionally, the Studio is a 7-minute drive to the local airport flying with QantasLink or Rex Airlines.

- Private and separate entrance
- One large open plan area with queen size bed, Smart TV (with all streaming apps), large couch, coffee table with two comfortable lounge chairs looking out through the trees to the ocean, rugs, dining table with four chairs
- Modern kitchenette with breakfast bench and stools, microwave, coffee machine, kettle, toaster, sandwich toaster, dishwasher, fridge, washer/dryer, iron/ironing board, hairdryer (please not there is no stove top or oven but there is a BBQ in the car port)

Two Lakes Studio is below the main house at 24 Collins Street, which is currently leased to a family.

We commissioned local artist, Simon Thomas from Chalk Talk to paint a unique whale/ocean life mural which is on the carport wall – to welcome you in.

We holiday here too and have chosen furniture, artwork and house items that we love to use and enjoy.

- Two Lakes Studio is below the main house at 24 Collins Street
- To access the Studio, drive down the driveway (keeping to the left) and either park underneath in the carport or to the left of the garage (in space provided)
- The Studio entrance is through the carport to the left, past the waterheater – there is a sign on the wall directing you to the door
- We have a key safe outside the studio - we will send you a SMS with the access code once the accommodation is ready for you on your check in day
