In accordance with the Town of Kiawah Island Short Term Rental Ordinance, all guests understand that the approved number of bedrooms is 6, the maximum allowed occupancy is 14, and the maximum allowed number of vehicles is 6.

This luxurious Kiawah Island oceanfront vacation rental offers 6 bedrooms, ocean views throughout, and its own boardwalk to the beach.

Enter into the main living area with plenty of seating to relax and look out at the ocean. To the right you’ll find the spacious kitchen featuring marbled quartz countertops and ample seating for the entire family. Enjoy ocean views from the second living room, located just off the kitchen, or a quiet morning with a cup of coffee in the sitting area. The screened-in porch is the perfect place to listen to the ocean, morning or night, as well as soak in the beautiful view. A beautiful infinity pool and spa offer a serene view over the beach and make for the perfect spot to lay in the sun or take a dip to cool off.

The main floor also boasts three bedrooms and four full bathrooms. In the primary king suite you’ll be greeted with an ocean view every day. The attached bathroom provides a walk-in shower and double sinks. Across the hall from the primary suite is an additional full bathroom. On your right is the second primary bedroom featuring a king-size bed, flat-screen television, and a private bathroom with a walk-in shower. Off the living room in the front of the house is where you will find the third bedroom on the main floor, complete with two queen-sized beds and an attached full bathroom.

Ascend the stairs to the second floor and enjoy more ocean views straight ahead from the queen ensuite. A flat-screen television is provided, and a small balcony allows for a nice breeze and a stunning view over the ocean. A Jack and Jill bathroom connects the queen room in the front of the home and the back twin bedroom, featuring ocean views and a flat-screen television.

This property also features a deck with a table and seating next to the dunes, making it the perfect place to dine al fresco!

The home is equipped with washer, dryer and high-speed wireless internet.

The dimensions of the pool are roughly 25' x 30'. The pool has a gas heater, so the pool may be heated in cooler months for an additional fee of $75 per day for the entire stay. It can take 24-48 hours for the pool water to reach the optimal temperature of 85-87 degrees. When the air temperature falls below 55 degrees, typically November-March, pool heaters have difficulty achieving the optimal temperature. In this case, pool heating will not be available. You may use your credit for bicycles, beach chairs and umbrellas, beach carts, kayaks, stand-up paddleboards, and more – the choice is yours!
