Our apartment was just what we required but unfortunately, we were disappointed with the cleanliness of bathroom floors, sliding door tracks and balcony. Overall, could have just done with a good vacuum & extra cleaning throughout. Location was perfect for our needs. The lift didn't work for part of our stay which was a bit annoying! Would still recommend though good apartment.

Spinnaker on Rock

Really good unit in a good situation. Good size and good car parking. However there was some aspects that let it down 1. Cleanliness: there was chocolate wrapper in wardrobe The fridge had not been wiped out and food remnants were in there Worst of all there was a cigarette butt found in the sofa 2. There was not enough crockery for six of us. About 3 glasses and 4 mugs. Only 4 complementary coffee pods. 3. The lift was dysfunctional for 24 hours which meant climbing 4 flights of stairs in and out!!! For the cost of the unit I would have expected a little more from that price range.
