- Pets allowed in this home with signed pet policy agreement. $35/night per pet. 2 Dogs weighing 50 lbs or less are welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific prior approval.

- Free parking available for 4 vehicles.

- Must be 25 years old to reserve home

- No parties or number of people staying than what are paid for. These are cause for eviction with no refund

- Guests are required to sign a rental agreement and manager may require proof of age

- City and state taxes, in addition to cleaning fee and Standard Property Damage Protection Policy will be added to all reservation fees
