This outstandingly decorated and beautiful home offers 4 full sized bedrooms (BR1:K, BR2:Q, BR3:Q, BR4:Q) with vaulted ceilings (2 on each side for 2 family privacy) complemented by 2 full bathrooms and a Great Room in between for everyone to chill, eat and play games after a long day in the sun. Or, step out onto your own large and private deck that is partially covered providing the option to either sunbathe or simply read a book or sip coffee in the morning underneath in the shade! Either way the ocean views and salty breezes can be enjoyed from anywhere while you take advantage of a nice meal outside at the picnic table. Step back inside and grab a cold one out of the fridge in the fully equipped kitchen that is squeaky clean with plenty of cabinet space and room to maneuver for all the Chefs in your family. And family means that up two of man's best friends can join you during your stay for a nominal fee. So whether it's time to take your furry friend for a walk on the beach, or time to grab your gear and cooler for the whole day, it's as simple as walking down Dragonfly's private walk in the front yard to cross over Beach Drive to the nearest access which happens to be just across the street! When you return, a nice outside shower awaits you to wash off with plenty of space underneath to store your beach gear. And for the Boaters and Anglers in your family, Dragonfly will accommodate up to a 25ft vessel underneath including a fish cleaning station and hose. What are you waiting for! It's time to take in the incredible views, smell the ocean breezes, watch the pelicans fly in formation and the shrimp boats hauling in their fresh catch filled nets. Located close to all of Oak Island's attractions and just steps away from Pepperoni Grill. Book now before your week is taken! Departure maid service and a full linen package are included. Memorial Day Vacation

This is a great location, just a few steps to the beach. The house has everything you need and the decks are perfect for lounging. There is also an awesome pizza shop just a block away and a short drive to Southport.

Comfortable beach stay

We had a really wonderful stay at the Dragonfly. The deck and rocking chairs were a family favorite for waking up with coffee and an ocean view and again to chat at night and watch the waves. Bathrooms and kitchen were spotless when we arrived. The whole house was clean and only the floors needed a quick mop. We loved the convenience of simply crossing the street for beach access! A great stay for our family.

GREAT LOCATION

This home is a great location to the beach. There are many wonderful qualities at this home but if the TV's are important you will have issues. There is WIFI and yes you can stream but they only offer an antenna. The service is not great and the TV in the living room seems to be an older model Samsung. There is only a TV in 1 of the 4 bedrooms. The mattresses in each bedroom are FIRM and not extremely comfortable. If you like firm then you will be happy. This experience has taught me to ask more questions on future stays with any places with VRBO. As previously stated the location was great, the front porch with rocking chairs is awesome. These things did make it an enjoyable stay.
