Vacation

The home was very clean. Plenty of parking space for trucks. Wonderful view and a short walk to the beach. We had a wonderful stay.

Comfort and Joy

Ocean view is stunning! Comfortable accommodations with plenty of gathering space. Easy access to the beach. Was exactly what we needed for family holiday gathering. Would rent again!

Great stay!!

We enjoyed this place so much. The beach access was basically right across the road. The space was perfect for our family vacation. Grocery store, food, and shopping was only right down the road. We loved all the rocking chairs and large table on the front porch. Very comfortable and relaxing place. The only thing that I would recommend would be to have a gate at the top of the stairs for pets and children!

Great location!

The walk to the public beach access was less than five minutes and right across the street. Currently the view is great but with two houses being built across the street next year could be different. As far as the house goes it was clean and didn’t have any odd smells but did need a good dusting of the window sills and side tables. The floors are very nice and easy to keep sand free. I’m not convinced the whole house was renovated though. There were definite signs of wear on the bathroom vanities and faucets. The downstairs shower wasn’t clean. And some of the blinds didn’t work. The furniture was in good shape and the kitchen was well equipped as well as having a very clean fridge. The outdoor shower has hot and cold water which was a huge plus for us. All in all a good stay for our family and dog.

Friend Weekend

Had a fabulous stay at this beautiful property, with an amazing view! The house was as expected, based on the description and photos, and was very clean, which is always a plus. Plenty of room for five friends to spend a long weekend laughing and catching up!

Great location!

This was our first time visiting Oak Island and it was fantastic. Shell’s Yeah! was perfectly located. The views were amazing, felt as though we were beachfront. The kitchen is well stocked. Comfortable beds. The photos were very accurate. Would have been nice if there was a gate at the top of the outer deck stairs to keep the little ones and dogs from wondering but we improvised with a few beach chairs and were fine. The check in process was easy but it’s not described in the listing. It is keyless entry and you’ll be texted the code on check in day. Would absolutely stay here again!
