The location on Harrison was perfect for walks to downtown Leadville! The place was spacious yet cozy with a nice view of Mt Massive. Communication with the manager was excellent. We loved our stay here and would happily stay here again.

We came to summit Mount Albert. We were greeted with the nicest VRBO! Great space, location, showers were wonderful water pressure. My king size bed felt so good. The fireplace was cozy and the kitchen so perfect for our needs. After our summit, to return to this space was absolutely the best!!

Great 3 bedroom house near downtown. Easily walkable to all the shops and restaurants downtown. Great place to stay.
The house was a perfect base for our family ski vacaction. There was plenty of room to put our boots and hang our ski gear.

The furnace and the gas fireplace both malfunctioned while we were there. The tub drain plug didn’t work. Floors were not very clean. The owner was very easy to work with which made it easier to get the heat to work. Did have 3 bedrooms as advertised which was nice. Was spacious and had a large dining table which we used to play cards at. Overall a good experience.

Very convenient location for us and perfect size for two couples and several kids. A really nice touch was that we forgot our slippers, it was freezing & they had multiple extra pairs of slippers! Made our stay much for comfortable.
Great location and size. The sheets were pilly and pillows not great. The fence was not complete all around the back, which was a pain with the dog. But, overall the positives definatly out weighted the negitives.

Hi Jessica,
So glad to hear you had a fantastic stay! We look forward to hosting you again.
A very close walk to downtown Leadville and the Mineral Belt Trail. A nice park across the street with spectacular views of Mount Massive and Mount Elbert. The name used for the property is a little confusing because there are nearby streets with the same names and they are not relevant to the property.
The house is exactly as described. It was very clean and worked great for our family of 5z

Overall a wonderful night in Leadville. We loved that it was pet friendly. Only thing that could be improved would be closing the gate in the driveway so that the backyard is enclosed and there was a lot of ice out the back door when letting dog out. Otherwise everything else was clean and nice!

I loved the beautiful shower in the master bedroom and the heated rock floor in the bathroom. Nice living room. It came with robes, slippers, and a large walk-in closet for the master bedroom. Efficient kitchen and large refrigerator. It is very close to all the downtown businesses. I will stay there again for sure.

My one and only issue was how steep the streat the house was on and it wasn't seeming treated at all. So a couple times trying to park my car i slipped down the road. Otherwise great place!!

Hi Jared,
Thank you for your feedback. We sincerely apologize for the difficulty with the steep street, we know it can be slick in wintertime. We do plow the driveway to allow guests to park in the driveway to prevent this. Your comfort and safety is always important to us. We're glad you enjoyed your stay otherwise, and we hope you come back to stay.
Overall, great VRBO. The house was clean, check-in/out was easy, and plenty of space. Close to town, easily walkable, and a cute little park across the street. I believe the house has a tankless hot water heater, bc we never ran out of hot water, which was GREAT! There’s a very large table, perfect for games and lots of seating for meals. They provided 3 bathrobes and we found slippers in a closet. We LOVED this little touch!
Overall, I gave 4 stars. A few things could be improved. The fireplace didn’t work as it wasn’t connected to be functional. After 24hrs of back and forth emails with property management, a “maintenance guy” showed up to fix it around dinner time. (I don’t believe he was sober) He didn’t really know what he was doing initially, and the fireplace wasn’t actually ever fixed. Also, the dryer didn’t work. It would turn on, but then wouldn’t do anything past that. This was discovered AFTER washing a large blanket that then needed to be laid over chairs in order to dry.
The only bed that was comfortable was the bottom bunk of the twin bunks. Mattress toppers would solve this issue. Outside of that, the dogs next door start barking early each morning. This is not the fault of the property, just something for renters to know about.

Thank you for your feedback! We're glad you enjoyed the cleanliness, location, and special touches like the bathrobes and slippers. We apologize for the fireplace issue. We were unaware of the dryer issue but will address it immediately. We also appreciate your suggestion about the bedding. Thank you again for staying with us, and we hope to welcome you back soon!
We had difficulty accessing information about the house after we arrived. This was partially due to the person making the reservation not being there but we also found the access to the required online info very difficult. A hardcopy book of info would have been much appreciated. The house seem less appointed than last year- only a small sponge to do dishes, no extra blankets. Once connected, Chris was responsive about an issue with the fireplace. The house itself is great and well accommodates a group of friends.
