Gather around the dining room table, which comfortably seats six guests, for memorable meals and lively conversations. Additional seating at the bar provides versatility and convenience for your dining preferences.



Rest and rejuvenate in one of the three beautifully appointed bedrooms. The master bedroom boasts a luxurious king-sized bed, while bedroom two features two queen beds, and bedroom three offers a queen bed. With ample space and comfortable bedding, a peaceful night's sleep is ensured for all.



Convenience is key with two well-appointed bathrooms. Bathroom one features a tub/shower combo, while bathroom two offers a spacious walk-in shower, providing options for your daily routine.

We're delighted to welcome furry friends! This property is pet-friendly for dogs, unfortunately we can't accommodate cats at this time.

-Pet fee(s) of $155 plus tax will apply in addition to the nightly rate.

-Max number of dogs is 2 with a 50lb weight limit.

-Please keep your pups leashed outside and clean up after them.

-A separate pet waiver must be signed.

-Any and all damages or issues caused by your pet to a unit or furnishing will be immediately charged to your credit card on file.

3. Our team is committed to assisting you, though occasional check-in delays may occur during peak periods.

4. WiFi is available in all homes, but uninterrupted service is not guaranteed, and no refunds for disruptions.

5. A $500 fine will be imposed for any evidence of smoking, confetti, vomit residues, or glitter.

6. Set the A/C no lower than 72 degrees to prevent freezing and system issues; no refunds for low-temperature-related A/C problems.

7. Start-up sundries provided for the first two days; report missing items within one hour of arrival.

8. Pet-friendly units welcome pets with an additional fee; ensure pets are well-behaved and respectful.

9. Bugs are common in the Texas Hill Country; pest control is in place, but some insects are inevitable.

10. In Texas, there are periods of time without significant rainfall causing the county to place a ban on burning. Please check the current burn ban status, before using the fire pit (if available) at your vacation rental.

12. The City of Fredericksburg is an international Dark Sky Community. To protect the dark skies, please turn off outdoor lighting when not in use.

13. Only utilize the designated on-site and off-site parking spaces at your rental.

14. For any issues during your stay, a 72-hour window after check-out is provided to file a claim. Note that refunds won't be issued for claims submitted after this period. We appreciate your cooperation.
