Bethany Bay is a beautiful resort community located along the shore of the Indian River Bay. This third-floor unit without elevator service, two story condo has Million Dollar Waterfront Views of not only White's Creek and the Indian River Bay; but also, the Indian River bridge AND, there is a small beach just behind the unit! Beach equipment such as beach chairs, boogie boards and sand toys are provided for your convenience, in the storage bin located on the front porch. This unit boasts 4 bedrooms, each with its own ensuite full bathroom. The main floor primary bedroom suite is ideal for watching the sunrise, while the main secondary suite and front porch are the place to be in order to view the spectacular sunsets! The screened in back deck is a perfect place for your morning coffee or afternoon cocktails while taking in the spectacular water views, observing the local wildlife and listening to the gently lapping inland waterways below. The well-equipped full eat in kitchen is a great place to create home cooked meals, with seating for 6-8. The large, combined living and additional dining space is a great place to sit and look out at the boats going by. Board games, and DVDs are available to promote family fun time. On the second floor, there are two additional bedroom suites, one with a view of the Indian River bridge, the other with ample space for the children to play or watch movies after a fun filled day in the sun. Everything you need is here, just bring your family, and your bathing suit!

The community amenities include a large outdoor pool, a kiddie pool and a hot tub. There is also a playground, tennis and basketball courts, a 9-hole par-3 golf course and nature walk trails on site.
