Five of us needed a place to stay for nights for a fishing charter. This rental was conveniently able to accommodate us. The reservation, checkin and checkout processes were easy. The place was very clean and our contact was prompt and helpful. The location may not be ideal if you are looking to walk to the beach, downtown Rehoboth or Dewey Beach. It will take you at least a half hour to walk to any of those. Also, be warned that the reservation system would not work unless I allowed the damage deposit to actually be charged to my credit card, and it took almost 3 weeks to get it refunded after the rental was done. But overall, we were very happy and give it 5 stars!

Beautiful property

The property was rented for a weekend it was just as the listed. Very convenient to everything and clean. I have plans on renting it this coming summer.

The house was in a great location, close to restaurants, bars and the beach. It was very clean and had all of the essentials. The description of the third floor sleeping quarters could have been better described, but it worked out fine for us.

Comfortable, convenient, well-equipped

We enjoyed our stay in this modern, comfortable home. There’s space for the whole family and plenty of bathrooms. Kitchen had everything we needed. Second floor deck is a great place to chill. A quick drive to all the fun on the boardwalk. Host was pleasant and helpful.

Lovely and convenient!

Beautiful home with all the amenities - right across the lot from the pool, fully stocked kitchen, very clean! Perfect for 4 couples and other groups as there are 4 generous bedrooms and 3.5 baths. Convenient to all beach activities!

Spacious, luxurious property

The condo was a great place for a low-key guys’ weekend away. We enjoyed the easy access to Downtown Rehoboth Beach and alternated between driving and walking there. The small backyard and pond were serene and relaxing.

Amazing beach rental

This home was perfect for our family and friends beach getaway. It offered plenty of space and it was very clean and extremely comfortable. The kitchen had all of the necessary items to prepare meals. The downstairs bedroom and powder room was a plus. We loved the open space which allowed us to be together during meals, movies, fun and games. There was plenty of free parking and the community pool is right across the walkway. This home is centrally located in Rehoboth Beach. It rained all day on Saturday, but that did not stop the fun. The shopping outlets and stores are nearby as well as restaurants convenience shops. I would recommend this property to all of my friends and family.
