Summary:
Perfect location in the stunning beachfront village at Currumbin. Wake up to ocean lit sunrises in this newly renovated 1950s mid century classic. Has a fully equipped kitchen with Meile appliances and generous balconies overlooking Currumbin beach right across the road. Please note our next door neighbour is building apartments with anticipated completion May 2026. His structure is complete and scaffold commenced coming down as at November 2025.

Please note the second bedroom is set up as an office space but has a double futon that is suitable for one adult or two children under 12 only. If you would like sofa bed set up for your stay please notify us :)

The Space:
This ground floor self contained apartment has two bedrooms, living room, kitchen and bathroom.

Expansive glass windows and doors open onto a generous terrace and lawn area overlooking Currumbin beach which is a walk just across the road. Please note this apartment is suitable for couples or couples plus small children.

Hanging and shelf storage for the apartment is via a double mirror wardrobe in second bedroom so the apartment may or may not be suitable fora couple plus an extra unrelated adult.

Guest Access:
This apartment included a car space in front of building at ground floor.

The Neighborhood:
Currumbin is an inspiring beachfront community where the epic Currumbin Creek waterway links to the pristine rainforest mountains of the region when heading west. Currumbin Creek and the Alley, the entrance to the ocean, offer a protected and patrolled haven for all kinds of active water sports, particularly stand-up paddle boarding and kayaking.

There is good Flathead and Bream fishing off the rock wall or Taylor off the beach. Currumbin also has a gorgeous right-hand surf break which is a specialty for graceful longboard riders. The Currumbin Surf Life Saving

Experience absolute beachfront
dining, and just metres from the beach, you'll find the famous Currumbin Wildlife Sanctuary.

To top it off, a host of modern cafés and eateries share beachfront vistas all the way along Pacific Parade. We recommend Salt Mill for breakfast, Tommy’s Italian for dinner.

Getting Around:
There is a stunning beachfront cycle track extending from Coolangatta to Currumbin. Hire bikes are available around the corner at Currumbin cycles. Alternatively if you don’t want to drive a bus service to Coolangatta or Surfers Paradise ia along Pacific Parade.

Everything you need however is in easy walking distance.
