Royal Palms is a spacious, fully self-contained beachfront apartment in Palm Beach, only footsteps from the inviting white sands of Palm Beach. Brightly furnished and readily equipped, so you can have everything you need to relax from the minute you arrive for your Gold Coast family holiday.

Amazing view

Great unit with an amazing view. Very responsive host. Nice facilities in the complex as well. Great location too - walking distance to farmer's market, and fishing.

Last minute getaway

Leanne is a fabulous host and the apartment is perfect in every way possible - location, size, clean. Being on the 19th floor with a fabulous view was an added bonus! Commuication is so easy & Leanne was so accommodating from start to finish. We will definitely be booking again for future trips. Thank you!

We all loved the views!! Ocean and hinterland. The location is convenient. Close to airport, Currumbin and Burleigh. The property presents well, is clean and comfortable. However, the instructions for key collection/drop off was deceiving and very inconvenient. The pharmacy where we collected the key was not 2 blocks from Royal Palms, it was 1.3km each way. Waaay too far to schlep luggage or walk in pouring rain. Another complication was the lack of coat hangers. We had suits, shirts and gowns to hang up, but no coat hangers. I’m not in a habit of packing coat hangers when I go on holidays… All in all, mixed feelings regarding this property.

Some of the kitchen plates and utensils were not very clean. We had to run them through the dishwasher again. Besides that really enjoyed our stay.

What a gem

We had the best week at this beautiful apartment at the beach. The magnificent views alone were worth it. Leanne was super accommodating with check in and check out times, her communication was prompt. The apartment offered everything we needed including pool towels. Leanne even left a little welcome package. The apartment complex was great too, car park in the basement. Great elevators (important for me) , the pool and spa are just stunning and open very late which was just what we loved. Coles is just up the road as well as lots of coffee shops and eateries. We were sad to say goodbye but will be back. Thank you
