Comfortable and quiet space. Just the right size for three of us. The host was willing to get a repair man out for the dryer but we were okay with having that addressed after we left.

Great visit.

My sister and I loved our stay. The beds were very comfortable, and the property was very quiet. We loved being by the pond and enjoying the wildlife around there. Our hostess was extremely welcoming and kind and made us feel very much at home. It was a great experience.

Have stayed twice now

Property was good. Only problem we encountered was work being done on parking lot that was a problem last time we stayed if I remember correctly. Good that repairs are being done but loose supplies and equipment laying around. Older people like ourselves have to avoid tripping hazards.

Nice condo with creek view

Nice condo with a great view of a creek. Very clean. The building had no address on it, so it was difficult to identify when we arrived. The tv set up was a little strange and took a bit to figure out. Erica, our host, was very responsive when we had questions.

Property was very clean and well maintained. The cleaning solution they use does not dry well so all surfaces were wet and sticky- I did let the property owner know. Beds were decently comfy and the patio furniture was great, we loved spending time out there looking at the pond. Location was the perfect distance from the landing (approx 17 min drive) where it wasn't too busy/crowded and we were close to a bunch of other stuff. The property did have a small ant problem that was coming from the outside patio, but I do believe this was a rain induced problem since it has been raining for 2 weeks straight. Showers were clean, hot and great pressure. Unit was out of pepper and the coffee machine needed descaled and the ceiling fan in smalled bedroom did not work. Overall, we had a really pleasant experience and would recommend. The neighborhood in the specific location seemed quiet and nice- they had a few older residents that loved to visit with us.

I tried several attempts via phone, text, and email to request early check in with no response from property owner. Finally reached out to Evolve customer service and they reached out to property owner who finally responded via text.The location was good to all shows and entertainment.I thought being on the first floor would be convenient, but you still had to walk down a sidewalk and around to parking due to some sort of culvert between door and parking area. If you have a pet, you have to walk approximately 30-40 yards to get to a grassy area. The people before us must have had a black dog. Found quite a bit of black pet hair around.There were some sort of stains on the side of the entertainment center and wall. And also coffee stains or something on the wall beside the king size bed.Bring your own skillets if you plan to cook. What is stocked there is not adequate for much of anything. As far as plates and glasses, all was good. Refrigerator was clean.The dining table was not comfortable to eat at. No back chairs, just small stools. A broom and dustpan is not provided which is a little frustrating. Made it hard to “tidy up” as they request. The utility closet has some pretty significant water damage so the master closet had a mildew smell. Bathrooms were fairly clean. Walk in shower was nice except no body wash. I travel with my own so no big deal for me.I’m not going to say do not stay there, you just need to be aware of what you are getting.

Lovely stay in a lovely condo

We enjoyed our stay at this condo. It was clean and cozy. We especially liked the screened-in porch. And there were only two steps up from the parking lot. On the first morning, the Keurig coffee maker didn't work, but the hosts ensured I had a new Keurig by that evening for the next morning. The hosts were easy to reach if there were any problems. We would stay here again.
