Don't miss out on Surf Dweller 406, you won't regret it! This fourth floor unit offers beautiful, unobstructed views of the Emerald Coast which can be seen on your incredibly spacious balcony! The unit is a 2 bedroom/2bath with balcony access from the living room as well as the master bedroom. There is a fully equipped kitchen with beautiful wooden cabinetry, breakfast bar seating, and a dining room table to enjoy all your prepared meals. Wake up in the morning to sight of the Gulf from the master bedroom which contains a King sized bed and en suite bathroom. The second bedroom offers two queen beds as well as its own full bathroom and TV. This unit contains a washer and dryer along with ample amenities on the property such as a tennis court, pool, and BBQ grills. Surf Dweller 406 is no doubt an amazing choice for your family OR friends vacation!

A great view from the balcony, directly on the beach. The swimming pool is in front of the condo so there’s no disruptions while on the balcony. Plenty of parking with some being under the tennis courts so there’s shade if you prefer. Keyless entry makes it so easy getting in and out.

Only problem is if you can’t get a good nights sleep it defeats getting rest and relaxation on your vacation. The bed in master bedroom seemed like an afterthought and cheap. Kept hitting my head on the low quality lights that dangle in the master bedroom. Replace the bed and it’s a great condo and vacation location.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was one of my favorite rentals from Brooks and Shorey! It was spotless, well stocked with all kinds of kitchen tools, nice new and updated kitchen appliances, comfortable furniture, incredible showers, has a box fan available, plenty of balcony furniture, great TVs....I could go on and on! I loved this rental!!! The condo itself if so clean, has plenty of parking, easy access to the beach, several water hoses to spray off after being at the beach, great little work out gym (which was very clean) and has several carts available to carry your groceries or luggage up to your condo from the car. The view is stunning and you can't get any closer to the beach than this! Brooks and Shorey was wonderful at retrieving a souvenir for us that we accidentally left behind, as well. We were very grateful for that! All in all, you won't find a better rental company (Brooks and Shorey are the only rental company that I use when I am down in this area) and all of their properties have been a class act to rent! I will be a forever customer!
