The Space:

This beautiful, sixth-floor Gulf-front vacation rental includes balcony doors in the living room leading to a private balcony that provides a spectacular view of the Gulf of Mexico. Pickleball courts are also nearby, so grab your paddles and have a friendly game together. With the bedroom facing the Gulf side of the condo, there is a full view of the Gulf from the windows as well. Other features of this high quality, newly decorated retreat include upgraded furnishings such as kitchen cabinets stainless steel appliances, granite countertops a full-size refrigerator, cooktop stove and oven, microwave and dishwasher, tiled kitchen walls, along with all the dishes, pots, and utensils needed to prepare and serve meals. The first bathroom includes a shower stall while the main bath has a tub. Both bathrooms have vanity, light fixtures, and cabinets. The living room has a large TV, DVD player, and a stereo system. The first bedroom has a TV and VCR with the main bedroom having a TV with a DVD and VCR player.



Things to Know

Complimentary beach service of one umbrella and two chairs is offered from March 1 through October 31. Paddleboards, kayaks, and bicycles are available for an additional charge.

The primary guest must be 25 years or older to book this property.

All guests regardless of age are to be considered for Occupancy count in Fort Walton Beach, FL

The room was very nice. The view was beautiful! There was mold around the outside of the balcony doors and the balcony cushions were dirty and moldy.

Beach view was awesome. Close to shopping and restaurants. A few points to mention carpets were filthy. Found a couple bugs (roaches) but they responded quickly with a spraying. Bathrooms were small. Sliding door didn’t latch. Probably wouldn't stay in this same apartment. But host was great.

Damaged furniture in condo, refrigerator had broken shelves and ice maker did not work. A couple of other things but problem was worrying I would be held responsible. These items should have been addressed or waived for any liability. Nice location and owners have not yet made any claims against me. Price was adequate.
