The Space:
The condo is located in the Suites Quinto Sol complex in one of the best spots in downtown Playa del Carmen! You’ll be just a short walk from some of the most popular beaches and beach clubs and steps to the famous 5th Ave pedestrian walk street, where you’ll have almost anything you could possibly need! From shops to cafes, restaurants and more!

You don’t have to venture out if you don’t feel like it because the complex has a spectacular rooftop pool, shaded dining tables, and an air-conditioned fitness room, so you won’t miss a workout!

The main spaces of the 2nd-floor 70 sqm | 745 sq ft condo:

The property is located just a 1/2 block from the famous 5th Ave, lined with cafes, restaurants, bars, venues with live music, and incredible shopping! Tons to see and do nearby, like the beach and beach clubs, water sports, eco-parks with underground rivers, ancient Mayan ruins, cenotes (natural sinkholes unique to this area!), private boat and fishing tours, golf, and easy day trips to Tulum, Akumal, Cancun, and the island of Cozumel!

The condo is located at the Suites Quinto Sol complex, about 55 km | 34 miles from the Cancun International Airport (CUN). However, check your mobile map apps when you arrive, as driving time varies depending on the time of day. If you’re arriving by car, there’s free garage parking available. - Travelers must be at least 21 years of age or older to book.
- Guests will be asked to sign a Rental Agreement upon booking confirmation.
- No more guests than those listed on the reservation are allowed.
- Guests might be required to present an official ID at check-in or during the stay.
- No smoking of any kind inside the home! Drug use and illegal activity on the premises are also strictly prohibited. Failure to comply results in a $300 fine.
- No parties, events, or excessive noise after 10 pm. Please respect the neighbors.
- Cleaning service is available at an extra cost. Let us know in advance to book it.
- Electricity is included for short-term stays (2-27 nights). Please help save energy by keeping the temperature at 25°C. Electricity is not included for long-term rentals of 28 nights or more and will be charged as consumed based on a $6 MXN (pesos) fee per KW.
- There are elevators but just note when they are out of service, guests will need to climb stairs.
- Guests are responsible for damages that occur or extra cleaning costs as a result of their stay.
- Depending on the booking site to make the reservation, a security deposit might be required that is refunded after check-out, provided all terms are met.
- There are outdoor security cameras strictly for security and safety reasons.
- Pets are not allowed.
- Pool and common area rules and hours must be respected.

Interaction with Guests:
You’ll use a code to enter the building and then will register at reception. From there, go to the unit where there is a lockbox. You’ll use the lockbox code to obtain the keys. All the codes will be provided to you before your arrival.

You’ll have complete privacy during your stay, but we’re available 7 days a week. Should you need anything, just send us a message!
