Pretty much as advertised

Overall not bad. Property could have been inspected and cleaned better ahead of time. Hosts were prompt to any requests. Bit noisy at night due to street and roosters and other birds are up early next door. Pool deck was very nice and hot tub worked well. Lots of loungers.

UPPER 3RD FLOOR quiet, AC was fabulous, Ultra comfy bed, fridge/freezer works amazing, beach chairs, parasol, and towels were such a blessing, 2 minutes from everything, Location is perfectly close yet far enough so you can sleep at night. Pool deck is a nice treat to refresh, tan or just hang and meet other guests and wonderful people. Rudi and Ceci were extremely helpful from A_Z . Thank you for a wonderful stay! Will certainly be back!

Super emplacement

Le condo est très bien situé, près du Walmart, des restaurants et de la 5 éme. Le gym est plus que complet. La piscine sur le toit est au soleil toute la journée. La responsable du condo est très réactive si vous avez besoin de quelque chose. Ce n’est pas une construction neuve mais le condo est comme neuf à l’intérieur. Les 2 climatiseurs fonctionnent très bien. Je le recommande si vous voulez être près de tout.

Great location, close to everything

We stayed for 5 weeks, after having been there and figuring out where everything is we realized that we couldn't have found a more ideal location. The property is very well maintained, condo has everything you need for a long term stay. The pool on the roof is lovely with a wonderful view. You're just far enough away from 5th Ave that you don't get all the noise. Would definitely go back again.

Great place to stay in Playa del Carmen

Everything went well and the property was described accurately. Besides some slow drains and hair in the shower drain the place was immaculate. Truly a short walk to the beach. Beware Saturday nights can get loud with music. Cecilia was a pleasure to deal with. Highly recommend.

Place to be for sunshine and best location

We absolutely loved our stay, the apartment is well designed! We get wonderful sun in the morning and throughout the day, it is clean, perfectly furnished with plenty of accessories and appliances (toaster oven, snorkelling gear, beach chairs, cooler...). The location is perfect, many eating options footsteps away, both ADO stations minutes walking, the Palacio Municipal square few steps away and of course the beach is right there too. Great rooftop pool and whirlpool come with a nice view! Will defenitly come back!

it was fantástico

even though there were repair issues while I was there the manager responded promptly and got it taken care of. the location was better than expected. a big bonus was the 2nd 1/2 bathroom. the rooftop pool was great for evening dip before bed with a nice panoramic view. having Walmart 2 blocks and 5th Avenida 2 blocks made it perfect. close to the action without all the noise. I will be back.

Great location, loved being 2 blocks from Walmart. Gorge was always on site and was very helpful. Celia was also wonderful to work with. Totally enjoyed the roof top pool and hot tub.

5-star condo at best location

Fifth Ave. is two blocks away, the beach three blocks away, the plaza with a weekend bazaar right around the corner, and yet it's a quiet hideaway. The apartment itself has everything you want, including a balcony overlooking the street, plus a rooftop pool overlooking the entire town. Rudi responds immediately when you're booking, and so does Cecilia once you're here. We love to keep coming back!

Cute condo with a perfect location!

The condo was very cute and clean and the location was perfect! We were able to walk to the beach and explore all the great restaurants in the area, as well as people watch on 5th Avenue. The condo is also close to the ADO bus stations and the ferry which was very convenient for daily excursions to Cozumel and other activities. The pool area was perfect for watching the sunset or just relaxing and swimming at the end of the day. We did not use the gym, but from what we saw, it had the standard machines and free weights. Cecilia was very friendly and helpful during our stay. This is a great condo and we will definitely come back!

My husband and son had a great time in Playa Del Carmen! They loved the apartment and it’s amenities as well as the close proximity to everything! The host was amazing and accommodating. Thank you for allowing father and son to bond in Mexico!

We don't want to rave too much because we don't want Rudi's place to get booked up before we have a chance to go back. :-) But, honestly, it is a place to rave about -- perfect location (three blocks from the beach), modern appliances, computer work stations, two bathrooms, comfy bed, balcony with chairs & table, full-service gym on the ground floor and a pool with lounge chairs on the roof. What more could you want? Well, you might want to watch a sunset -- and, guess what, you can do that, too, while sipping your drink by the pool! Howard & Diana

Perfect location

The unit was beautiful and well stocked. The location was perfect, we could walk on 5 Ave or the beach every day. Getting groceries was easy with Walmart and Mega store so close. The unit was quiet and Cecelia was great. The hot tub was cold while we were there which was too bad as the evenings were chilly and the hot tube would have been great.

Sehr sauber das Ferienapartment fühlte mich immer sehr sicher. Waren jeden Tag im Fitnessstudio mit joga und kardio Fitness.der Pool war erfrischend und der jacuzzi relaxend. Kommen sicher wieder.

Beautiful Playa Del Carmen

My husband and I rented the condo for three weeks. The condo itself is clean and comfortable. Cecelia is fantastic about helping get checked in and settled. The building is very nice and the view from the pool, the pictures don't do it justice. The pool is nice for cooling off after laying in the sun, there is also a hot tub for cooler evenings and a shower for rinsing off at on the roof. There are limited numbers of lounge pillows so get up there early if you want one. The condo has decent wifi and cable, enough pots, pans anddishes and such to prepare the meals we did in the condo and good linens and towels. The couch sleeps two but I couldn't say how comfortably The building itself is one block from the municipal office/park, two blocks from 5th Ave. and three from the beach for those looking for a walk, but we have walked the neighborhood in all directions and although some sidewalks are in rougher shape, the area feels very safe. For shopping the building is very well located, two blocks from Walmart and about four from the Mega stores where I have been able to find not only most grocery items I need but many gluten free items I like as well. Loving the condo, loving the building and will be back again

Well maintained flat close to public transport

Cecilia was very good in managing the property and responded to any queries efficiently. Playa itself was too touristy for us especially 5th Avenue but it is very easy to make trips by public transport from here - Akumal, Tulum, Cozumal, Isla Mujeres etc. Near to local restaurants. Pool was crowded and gym was not available until 10am so we did not use these facilities as much as we thought we may. Not enough sunbeds near the pool. The flat itself though is compact with a private terrace and well equipped. We were able to leave our cases in a storeroom for the flat on the last day. Overall we really enjoyed our stay here.

Nice property, great location.

Property is nearly new, very clean. Location is great, 3 blocks to the beach, and two blocks to Wal-Mart. Rooftop pool is nice especially at night, you can see the city lights, and lights of Cozumel across the water. Cecelia (property manager) was very nice and easy to work with. Good value for the money.

New and cozy

I liked it a lot here. It's a super clean, new and cozy Appartement. It's only a short walk (3 blocks) to the beach or to the main shopping street. Everything worked out perfectly...
