The Space:

Attractive & modern open plan living, dining & kitchen areas with large expanses of glass to capture the wonderful ocean views. Leave the car at home & take an easy stroll to the beach or village shops. The rear deck is ideal to soak up the sunshine whilst enjoying time with family & friends. There are outdoor furnishings and a gas barbeque to enjoy.



Lotties @ Tuross Head is an ideal base to call home while exploring everything the South Coast has to offer.  The fully equipped kitchen is complete with an electric oven & cooktop, dishwasher, all utensils, pots & pans.

All rooms are located upstairs with just the garage & laundry on the ground floor.



The three bedrooms are carpeted and have ceiling fans & block out blinds. The master enjoys a queen-sized bed & ensuite bathroom. Bedroom two has a double bed whilst the third bedroom has 2x king single beds. The 2nd bathroom has a luxury bath tub.



The laundry is equipped with both a washer & dryer. There is ample off street paved parking for multiple vehicles plus a single garage space available for guest use.



Guest Access:

Guests have access to the entire upper level of the house, including the bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchen, living areas, and balcony. The garage and laundry facilities are located on the lower level. Please note, there is a locked room on the lower level that is not accessible. One garage space (left side) is available for parking.



The Neighborhood:

Located on Grenville Avenue, Lotties @ Tuross Head provides easy access to the heart of Tuross Head. You're a short 320-meter walk from the village shops, offering a variety of options, and a further 200 meters to the beach. Enjoy the convenience of nearby amenities and the charm of our coastal village.



Getting Around:

Park at Lotties and explore Tuross Head on foot. The Village Shops and the beach are a short walk away. Free parking is available for your convenience.



Other Things to Note:

• Non Smoking – No Party Policy - Sorry No Pets

• Bring Your Own Beach Towels & Toiletries.

• Booking fee $55 – Maximum 6 Guests.

• Refundable guest bond/credit card pre authorisation is required

• Minimum 7 night stay during peak season.



Guests numbers must not exceed the number of guests stated at the time of booking. The house has a maximum occupancy limit of 6 persons including adults & children.



Parties or events are not permitted at Lotties. This is a non smoking property.



Guest Registration and Acceptance of Terms; Upon booking confirmation you will receive an automated message containing a link to our Guest Registration & Terms Acceptance form. This form must be completed within 24 hours of booking acceptance or your booking may be canceled. The form requires you to read and accept the terms and conditions as well as provide your valid photo ID. Please contact prior to booking should you have any queries at all.



Security Deposit . A refundable guest security deposit of $300.00 applies. The security deposit is held by way of a pre-authorisation against your card. The hold is placed on the day of arrival and released within 48 hours of departure unless withheld to cover any damages. Please note; this does not apply to airbnb booking.
