Welcome to Sophia's Oasis and enjoy a stylish experience in this remodeled home with a fabulous open floor plan, spacious private bedrooms, remodeled kitchen and bathrooms. The primary bedroom has its own en-suite private bathroom and pool side views of the lush backyard. The back yard feels like you are in Palms Springs! The pool has been completely remodeled. Beautiful citrus trees in the front yard - plus your family dog welcome too!



14 min drive to Universal Studios. Or hike to Runyan Canyon w views of iconic Hollywood Sign. 17 mi to Dodger Stadium or shop your heart out at Rodeo Drive 11 miles, 21 MILES DRIVE TO SOFI STADIUM.



This home is managed by iTrip Los Angeles and our team is ready to Host you in our hotel alternative getaway.



Please note we have minimum 25 yrs of age to book. We require valid photo IDs of all Adult guests immediately upon booking.



Pool has sun solar powered heat panels on the roof - pool is not gas heated and therefore the solar panels will depend on current weather conditions and outside temperatures. We Do Not guarantee heated pool during cold winter season months or during rainy season.



** We require our own Hold Harmless Indemnity Form for the pool area and outdoor spaces to be completed prior to your arrival.

Family pets are welcome with our Pet Fee. Your well behaved family dog will be considered. (No cats. Max 2 dogs Only) PET FEE $75 PER PET MUST BE PRE- PAID PRIOR TO YOUR ARRIVAL. Pets are not allowed on the beds or any furniture, please bring your own beds/crates. Pets are not to be left unattended in the home.

HOUSE RULES:



It is our mission to ensure that our valued guests enjoy their stay with us! This is a permitted vacation rental with the City of LA. We also have an equally as important commitment to our neighbors and our community. Below are the house rules that we must enforce. Please read them as well as all your guests prior to confirming your reservation.



* Minimum age to book is 25 years old. Valid photo IDs will be required from all Adult Guests.



* Check-in is after 4 pm | Check out is at 11 am.



MAX NUMBER OF OCCUPANTS 10 - includes infants. Extra Guest Fee applies. ** All Outside Visitors Must Be Pre-Approved**.



The Property is to be occupied by no more than the maximum sleep number stated on reservation unless approved in writing by Management. If Guest exceeds the occupancy limit and falsifies occupancy information at the time of reservation, Guest shall be subject to eviction. "Occupants" includes small children, infants and any and all visitors. If more than the maximum number is found to be occupying the Property at any time, you agree that a charge of $100 per person/per day will be made to your credit card. Additionally, this Agreement may be immediately terminated without a refund of any amounts paid. No Exceptions.



NO PARTIES OR EVENTS - due to the City of LA's strict ban of parties of large groups we need exact headcounts of your guests at all times.



A party is defined as any combination of the following; ANY loud noise and/or excessive drinking that is disruptive to neighboring houses and/or guests outnumbering the maximum amount permitted as defined above. A party will result in an immediate eviction from the property with no refund given under any circumstance. Any exceptions to this policy must be approved by iTrip in writing prior to the arrival date.



NEIGHBOR COMPLAINTS

Actions by guests that result in neighbor complaints or police being called to the Property will result in a minimum $250 charge, which charge will be used to deal with legal issues and fines.



CITY OF LA NOISE ORDINANCE - QUIET HOURS: 10 pm – 8 am. No Outdoor Music or Loud Voices during this time.



NO SMOKING - Outdoors Only. Smoking is allowed outside only. If any trace of smoke is found inside the home, there will be a strictly enforced $500 fine and the cost to eliminate residual odors.



Dogs Not Allowed In Pool. No Unapproved Pets Allowed.

his was our second time staying at this home, and it’s been just perfect both times. Only five doors down from my son’s house, it was the ideal spot for our week-long stay during his wedding. The house is clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully stocked with everything we needed. The location is great—close to restaurants, shops, and everything we had going on that week. Communication with the rental company was easy and responsive from start to finish. We’d absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a convenient and comfortable home while visiting the area.

We had a great time at this house. It was like a home away from home. Full of amenities and the beds were so comfortable. It was missing curtains in some of the rooms but I shared this with the owner and I hope it gets fixed. Will definitely stay again. Book it, you won’t regret it!

Family holiday

We had an enjoyable stay, the house was very clean inside and was well equipped. The outside table hadn’t been cleaned before we arrived and the pool could’ve done with a clean during our stay. The only downside was there was six of us but there was only five sun loungers, other than that I would highly recommend, the house is in a great location for exploring all of Los Angeles.

Amazing family getaway

We were in town visiting colleges and enjoying some spring break fun. This was the perfect home to accommodate my family. 3 teens, two couples and a 6 year old. Well spaced, great amenities and location and the host was pleasant and accommodating.

A Great Home Away From Home!

We had a wonderful stay at Lilly's home, made even better by the fact my son and his fiancée live just four doors away. The home is in a nice residential neighborhood, convenient to stores, highways and neighboring towns. Nicely decorated, it included a thoroughly stocked kitchen with all the necessary cooking tools, pots, pans, and appliances. There were games, extra pillows, blankets, sheets, etc. The keyless entry was especially convenient for our group, as it allowed everyone to come and go on their own schedule. During our stay, we noticed a small leak under the sink. While we were able to fix it ourselves, the property manager was quick to respond when I reach out to him. They were very communicative prior to and during our stay - checking in via email to make sure all was good. I would happily recommend both the home and the property management team (and hope to rent it again in the future!).

Universal studio fall break trip

We had a great experience at this property. Plenty of room for six of us (3 adults, 3 teens). The pool was a great addition for our day off from park. Easy accessibility, via car, to the park and Natural History Museum. Overalgreatgreat place

Beautiful home!

We really enjoyed our stay! The home is just as described, well stocked kitchen, comfortable beds, and gorgeous poolside area! The property manager was very prompt in responding to my questions! Would highly recommend, and if ever in the area again would rebook!
