The open concept kitchen and living room is where you can turn on the fireplace and watch a movie with a popcorn. This home features floor heater, a full kitchen, stove, fridge, microwave, coffee maker and table for 8. Essential spices and many extra kitchen supplies for those who enjoy cooking. Bathroom with stand-up shower, large tv (65”) in the family room, TV in the office room and master bedroom and also free WIFI. Office room has a pull-out double bed. Linens, Pillows and bath towels are provided. We provide dish soap, liquid hand soap, body wash & shampoo. you can enjoy your morning, evening coffee in the sunroom while birds are singing. You may chance to see some wild life such as deer. Propane BBQ is set up for those who prefer to grill. You have access to everything expect the basement unit.

Why they chose this property

House is 5 minutes away from the town of Napanee, which is very close to highway 401. You can find variety of stores for your needs such as Walmart, Metro, Rexall, Canadian Tire & etc. Short drive to Kingston and PEC. Our house is close to all wineries, parks and restaurants.

What makes this property unique

Our vacation home is very Gorgeous custom-built, sits on over 60 acres with spectacular views of the lush green forest. Our house has its own trails. Our Cozy Retreat has been designed for families and friends to gather and enjoy vacation time together. The house is large and comfortable. The gourmet kitchen has the space and amenities to create memorable meals with your family and friends. There are many different spaces to gather as a group or spend time alone.
House comes with two units, lower unit is tenanted. It has separate driveway. This is not shared house space. You'll have complete privacy to your full house.
