You'll enjoy this beautiful ocean and pool view condo with central air conditioning, TV surrounded by fine designer new furnishings, 1 king bed, luxurious bedding and linens, the ultimate gourmet kitchen with state of the art equipment, and a washer / dryer in the unit.

The Master Bedroom Suite has a king bed, a dresser and a Master Bath with a soaking tub for luxurious baths and a separate shower in the 2nd bathroom. There is a queen size sofa sleeper to accommodate 2 to 4 people.

Waipouli Beach Resort & Spa features breathtaking beach sunrises, a state of the art lazy river pool complete with water slides, waterfalls, hot tubs, sandy bottom children's pool, beautiful tropical landscaping lit up at night with tiki torches, a spa, and beach restaurant.

The Resort is located in Historic Kapaa town, a 15 minute drive from the airport and ideally located right across the street with a Starbucks! Papaya's Organic Natural Health Food Store & Eatery, a Safeway, an Ice Cream Parlor. There is a Long's Drug Store nearby and Restaurants. Coconut Marketplace less than a mile down the road has island shopping and Kapaa town boast@s the most amount of eateries on the island.

Guests say the bike path along the coast of Kapaa is an incredible experience: beautiful, easy access and leads to the most beautiful beaches and views one might not see by car alone. There are several bike rental shops in Kapaa.

World famous golf courses are a scenic 20 minute drive to the North Shore to golf where the pros play with panoramic views of majestic mountains, waterfalls and rainbows.

Whale watching season is November through April.

Everything is within walking distance: heated pool, beach, ocean and spa. Shopping and restaurants are right across the street. A beach walking path for miles - ideal for running or early sunrise strolls or biking!

Excellent stay here! Extremely spacious & clean, lovely decor & furnishings. Wonderful pool with waterslides & a lazy river too ! The onsite restaurant had superb entrees, friendly staff.would definitely stay here again !!

Awesomeness

The condo was awesome. The living room has comfortable furniture and a t.v. As huge as can be. Wonderful to watch , when not at the pool or oceanThe kitchen well stocked with everything you’d need. The king bed cozy..with nice linens and a lovely lanai off the bedroom -coffee in the a.m. wine at night. The bathroom is huge! Lots of towels. There is a washer & dryer. Very clean condo and view. Property mgt. was great aloha! We were at the condo for 1 month! Awesome! Restaurants and Safeway within walking distance.

Great EXCEPT strong pot smell

This is a great unit with everything you would need and high quality. The Waipouli Beach Resort is lovely. The views from the unit and the location are quite good. UNFORTUNATELY, the vent system is connected to other units and one we were connected with was smoking weed 5 or more times a day. The smell was sooo strong in our bathroom that I was nauseous and my head as spinning. Once I figured out to close the bathroom door and open every window it was barely bareable. Unfortunately, with individually owned units I didn't know even who to contact about the problem. We were not able to use the big bathroom at all during our stay due to this problem. We ended up having to leave the unit simply to get away from the smell (when we would have rather rested in the unit). For the very high price point, I did not expect this type of problems.That said, everything else in the unit was ideal. Had I not been staying above or below a drug addict, I would have given this unit a 5 star review.

Beautiful property!

Everything was exactly as adverstised. The property was beautiful and perfect for our needs. Location was great, pool was awesome, condo was clean, check in and out was easy, and management was extremely responsive. I would highly recommend!

Beautiful trip to the Garden Island

We had an amazing time in the condo and the island! The owners are fabulous! The accommodations are perfect, and the location is superb! The washer and dryer were a lifesaver, and the view of the beach and large living space made it relaxing at anytime. The resort has everything entertaining and the nearby restaurants and grocery stores are easy to access.

Great stay

Unit was clean and furniture was comfortable. Pool area was well maintained. All appliances and cooling system worked well. Travertine floors were spotless and polished to a beautiful shine. (Watch your step, a little slippery). Would definitely stay here again.

Great 6 night stay in beautiful condo. Clean and well maintained. The condo buildings are in need of cleaning and updating but the unit itself is great. Very nice linens and has everything we needed. Location is fantastic.

Perfect stay- beautiful condo in fantastic location!

We enjoyed a great stay as this condo and would love to return. It was spotless clean, well equipped (even had beach chairs!) and beautifully decorated. While we were not in our room much, we did appreciate the massive tv!! The appliances like the washer and dryer were top of the line grade- very nice. The owner was very responsive and helpful. Highly recommend!!!

Perfect stay

Property was as described. The furniture may have been more updated than the pictures, I can't remember. AC worked great! Lots of towels! Beautiful views from bedroom! Only thing to note is that I don't think building F had an elevator so you had to walk to E or use the stairs. Overall a great stay!

Wonderful Beach view property!!

This condo was wonderful. Check in was easy. Check out was easy. Had a partial view of the ocean and just enough deck that was perfect to enjoy Kauai breezes (not too much). Could sleep 4 people easily, although 2 would be on sofa pull out..

Beware - Bait and Switch!

We were very disappointed as we had chosen this particular condo for the oceanfront view. We were notified about a week out that it had been sold but that we fortunate to have a mountain view as a substitute. The view was a busy parking lot! We couldn’t even enjoy sitting on the lanai! Also upon arrival the unit was extremely moldy and mildew smell. Property manager told us that he did not have access to the dehumidifier and the owners probably set it low to save electricity. So we had the air conditioning on full blast all the time as wore our fleece indoors!!! The resort itself however was great- beach, pool, fitness center.
