Enjoy a relaxing stay just steps from the beach and within easy walking distance of shopping and dining in this delightful first floor condo with a beautiful beachfront view.

Take a leisurely walk along the beach, catch some sun in one of the poolside lounge chairs, barbecue your catch of the day in the recreation area just across the courtyard, or stroll across the street to the shopping center with a Starbucks, Safeway grocery store, Shave Ice, health food store, and varied dining selections.

Nearby activities include surfing, snorkeling, fishing, hiking, golf, kayaking, and so much more!

This unit does not have AC like many places on Kauai. The trade winds provide great air flow and breeze into the unit.

Great central location to explore the entire island. The room was very clean and well stocked with everything we needed. You can walk out the back patio, across the grass, and right onto the beach.

Another great stay

This was my second time staying in this property. The first thing I noticed was several upgrades since my last stay. I came back because of such a good experience the last time and recommend this property to friends often. It is clean, comfortable, well stocked, and in a great location. We love watching the sunrise on the beach every morning. We will be back!

Great location

We loved the location. The sunrise was amazing. The place was clean. Even though we didn’t have a reserved parking, parking under the trees by the condo was aways available.

Convenient location

Property was in a great location. Since it does not have ac it was very humid and warm during the day but did cool down at night if all windows and lanai foor was open.

Great location beautiful island

This was a lovely experience from start to finish. The host was communicative and clear the location is on the beachfront and close to everything we wanted to go to. Would strongly recommend.

Great Time in Kauai!

My family and I stayed in this unit for about 2 weeks this summer. It was fantastic! First, the location is perfect! Literally steps to the ocean! The unit itself is a good size for a family of four. Two bedrooms with a queen bed in each. It was very clean and the kitchen was fully stocked. There are also lots of beach toys in the outdoor storage closet, including a small cooler. David, the owner and his daughter, who manages it are very communicative and helpful. Overall, it was a great stay and I would highly recommend it!

Clean, comfortable stay in a great location

I chose this condo after previously staying in a different unit on this property. I love the location, it’s just steps to the beach, across the street from grocery stores, the best shave ice and great restaurants. This unit was incredibly clean and comfortable. The beds were great. The host was very helpful and provided all the information we would need in advance. We stayed cool enough with fans and windows open. We will definitely be coming back!

Wonderful Stay!

We came home to Kauai, for the baby of the bunch’s graduation! The Kauai Kailani was very easy to find. The condo is beautiful and spacious! As a local family a rice cooker would have been great, but we adapt! As the kitchenware was fully stocked otherwise! The in-unit washer dryer is a lovely touch, the condo is just a few steps to the pool and beach absolutely loved that! David & Qing Qing are amazing! They provided clear direction, communication was always quick and efficient! Mahalo Nui Loa for sharing your lovely condo with us!

Good stay

It was a good stay, but we paid for the place with a cleaning fee. But we had to wash the towels, that should be done by your cleaner. You could add a rice pot, and beach towels to the unit. Thank you so much for everything
