Great stay!

We had a great stay! The property was very clean, and it had everything that we needed to feel like home. The location was perfectly located to attractions, the beach, and Coastal Carolina University. The property manager was very responsive to all questions. We would definitely stay again!

The neighbors upstairs were loud and obnoxious - the walls/floors/ceilings are way too thin for noisy neighbors. Other than that, the place itself was pretty decent.

Great Stay!

The condo was very clean and easy to get to front the beach…it was about a 15 min drive (with traffic). Our contact person was very responsive. I loved how tranquil and safe the property is. I will definitely rent this again on my future trips to Myrtle Beach..

Perfect location, and condo was great. A few things to improve on is a little bit of better cleaning dust caked on door and hair on bed sheets and towels. I travel with my own blankets and just did a load of laundry of the towels and such. With that be said we still really enjoyed the unit and would love to visit again

The location was great-right on the Intracoastal. The instruction book was all wrong. It seemed to be from a different management company. The towels were thin. There was no starter supplies of hand or bath soap. There was not a dish sponge. The unit was clean. The property manager was very helpful and responsive by text message.

Owner must be new to VRBO. No kitchen towels or napkins. No basic cooking spices, salt/pepper. Asked for early check in. I was told they would let me know…no response. Entry gate did not work per instructions. Called contact and was told gate key was inside the unit, genius, had to draft in behind another car.
