The cottages are designed with families in mind. Each cottage is located in a quiet subdivision with its own large maintained yard. Experience the beach to its full capacity. Kids will enjoy playing in the sand, and a freshwater stream that runs directly on the beach. The water is great for swimming during the day and bass fishing at dusk. Finish the day by enjoying supper on the large second floor balcony overlooking the ocean.

Each two-story cottage contains 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms.

First Floor:
• 3 bedrooms, each with a queen-sized bed, closet, tallboy dresser, and bedside table.
• 1 fully equipped bathroom, with a full bath/shower, and a washer and dryer for your convenience.
• Spacious sitting area with pull out double sofa.

Second Floor:
• Master bedroom with king sized bed, tall boy dresser, and ensuite bathroom. The bathroom contains a full shower/bath .
• Half bath off a large living room area.
• Fully functional kitchen and dining area.
• Large balcony to enjoy the ocean views.

• Each cottage contains 3 heat pumps with air conditioning capability for your comfort (one in the main living area of each floor and one in the master bedroom).
