This property is very well located. Only 2 minute from Kimberling City Marina and Kimberling City bridge where you can find a lot of restaurants as well! We enjoyed a lot of stay.

Such a great house. Very well stocked and clean. Super enjoyed my short stay in the area. Lake view was very relaxing. Definitely recommend.

The cabin was cozy. I enjoyed the space being able to all sit in the living area together. The beds were comfortable able to sleep everyone. Kitchen well equipped. The heating and cooling was a little frustrating to keep comfortable. Nice area to stay.

The property is poorly marked. It is listed as 38 Lighthouse Lodge and 38 is nowhere on the property. The property had not had a deep cleaning in quite some time. There was mold in the shower and the shower door was disgusting. The air conditioners were not adequate to keep the unit cool. The doors were not aligned so you had to use a hip and shoulder bump to try to get them open or closed. We rented a boat slip and the electric did not work. The pictures posted are accurate but don't look closely when you get there. The lady we spoke to at Freedom was as helpful as she could be. We would never go back or recommend this home to anyone.

The lake house was awesome! If you have small kids or dogs, you will the giant deck with the full "coral" to keep them from wandering off. The location was great and we loved it.We ran into a problem on our end, and the host worked it out with us. It was great service. Thank you!

No kitchen towelsOnly 3 bathroom towels for 5 people Shower curtain filled with mildew. Shower tub didn’t drain. Random bottles and sippy cups in couch cushions.

Hello, we're terribly sorry to hear you had some inconveniences during your stay. We hold our standards for cleanliness very high and try and uphold that for each guests arrival. We have since replaced the housekeeping staff at this location and they have been doing a wonderful job making sure that all supplies are provided and guests show up to a clean and comfortable space. We hope you enjoyed your stay otherwise and we hope to have you as a returning guest any time!

No internet

Property was clean and beds were comfier than expected. The internet did not work and there was no toaster. There is no dishwasher which is fine but wish we would have more kitchen towels. Doors are a little tricky to lock. Other than that we felt it was a decent place. The location and view was great.

Would stay again

The house was pretty accurate to what’s on the site and I felt the rate was very reasonable for the house. Beds were comfortable. House was stocked well and we really enjoyed the deck. It was nice having an available boat slip as well for a reasonable daily rate. However, the a/c unit in the smaller bedroom didn’t work correctly. We were thankful we brought some fans with us. We were not able to get the connection to the TV’s to ever work. There’s also a couple of electrical outlet covers that need installed if you have small children. Overall, I would still choose to stay there again and am currently thinking about planning another trip using this same house.
