I had a conference at the Park Place Hotel and it was SO CLOSE to walk each morning to the hotel- convenient! It gave my husband a place to hang out while I was in my meetings. Parking kinda stinks - two blocks away in the city parking garage :( No spots were ever available across the street. Third floor stairs- not a problem for us, but couldn’t rec this for my parents. Overall really cool place

Great Location

We had a very comfortable stay at this condo. It was very clean and nicely furnished. We loved the location which was walking distance to shopping, restaurants and the waterfront. I appreciated all the extras in the kitchen which made cooking out breakfasts easy. The only downsides: It's a 3rd floor condo with lots of stairs and was a bit of an ordeal getting all of our luggage up. Parking is also a little tricky. We parked in the lot right by the building which was free Saturday night and into Sunday, but that's not the case during the week.Even with a couple drawbacks, we'd stay here again if we're ever in Traverse City.

Great stay!!’

Overall lovely. Very clean, close to everything. The only negative feedback would be parking. Very unclear about parking, and is inconvenient. I would absolutely recommend!!!

Nice property

The condo is newer, very nice, and clean. The location to downtown is almost unbeatable. The parking situation does lack however. The closest lots do not allow overnight parking so you must park in the garage which is about a 5 minute walk. Overall a great stay though.

Mixed Feelings

Overall I have to say I was pleased with the VRBO! The inside was clean and the space was exactly what we were looking for. The location is great as you are only steps away from downtown. However, there are some things that really should be noted. For the parking please note the parking lot by the VRBO is paid parking and you can not park there overnight which means you have to spend extra money for the parking garage down the street. The agency that runs this VRBO also never responded to any of my messages. I tried through the VRBO app and through email and never got a response. If there had been an emergency I am not sure what we would have done. Overall we very much enjoyed our stay and the VRBO itself is great but we noticed these items left us with mixed emotions after the amount of money we had spent.

Great location and the condo was easy to access and clean. I would recommend to the owner to add a hook or two in the bathroom but otherwise it was perfect for a girls’ weekend in TC.
