Beach Condo/ High-End Finishes/ Island Beach Resort/No Cleaning Fee/ Condo 212

Condo 212 at Island Beach Resort is on the second floor has two private balconies with seating. It has two flat screen TVs, two beds, and the spacious living area has a sofa bed. This NEWLY RENOVATED condo has marble and tile throughout with limited edition artwork and upscale modern decor. We call the non-ocean side our "sunset side" because the South Florida sunsets are beautiful each evening. SOME AREAS ARE UNDER CONSTRUCTION, PLEASE CALL TO SEE IF A DISCOUNT APPLIES TO YOUR BOOKING.

Daily maid service is available upon request for a nominal fee. For your convenience, we have a laundry facility on the first floor. The building has a full service restaurant that is open daily for lunch and dinner. We also have an onsite gift shop boutique.

Check-in: 4:00pm. Check out 11am. If arriving after 5pm, please pre-arrange a lockbox pick up with the front desk 772-229-3006.

Third party sites like Airbnb may charge travellers a SERVICE FEE which is payable directly to Airbnb and does not get paid to the host or property owner.

A: Dishware, dinnerware, silverware, glassware, limited qty of pots/pans, limited serving utensils, blender, drip coffee maker, 2 kitchen towels, 2 dishwasher tablets. Guest should bring coffee & filters, condiments, extra paper towels, and trash bags.

Q: What linens does my condo have?
A: 4 pool towels, 6 bath towels, 4 hand towels, 4 washcloths, black makeup washcloth, bathmat. Please, no linen exchanges.

Q: What other amenities are provided?
A: 1 box tissues, 2 beach chairs, mop/bucket/broom in closet, hair dryer, iron, no safe

Beautiful condo

We had an amazing stay at this condo! The condo was clean and spacious, and it had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The kitchen was well-equipped, and the beds were comfortable. The condo was also in a great location, close to the beach and restaurants.

We rented with our kids and we loved the location of the place. The restaurant next door was also a great perk as we didnt have to drive. Very nice atmosphere, everone was great. So close to the beach which it was what we wanted. Thank you. Place was amazing.

My crew and I were there to relax during several days of sailboat racing. The accommodations were perfect for the job. Everything was exactly as pictured and clean and well-maintained. The condo was a step up from the building that it’s in, but still everything was nice.

Loved the room wish there was a broom or sweeper as we didn’t like sand all over the floor all week. House keeping doesn’t come at all I really wished they did just to sweep take out trash and replace towels. Other than that the room was very clean and modern. I was very pleased with our room.

Cute little beach condo- two Queen beds in one bedroom, so you need to be able to share space with others. Great location on the beautiful beach, great vibe/food at attached bar&grill “Shuckers” close to downtown Jensen Beach and Stewart - two nice areas. Enjoyed our stay.
