As the name suggests, this beautiful modern apartment offers ‘Two Views’. When you walk into the living/kitchen area and master bedroom, you’re treated to the most stunning views of the Waikato River which is only metres away. On a clear day, sit on the balcony and take in the breath-taking views of the mountains in the distance.
The Watermark Apartments are in a prime location - walking distance to town, restaurants, café’s, supermarket, the lake, and all of our popular events such as Summer Concert and Ironman to name a few.
Boasting 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms (including ensuite), this apartment can sleep up to 6 guests when using the sofa-bed.
From the end of October, through to the beginning of April, the heated swimming pool is available to use.
The apartment has an internal garage where you can park a vehicle and store bikes or sports gear.
Bedding configuration is 1x Queen Bed, 2x Single beds, and 1x Double Sofa bed.
If you require bedding for the sofa-bed, you will need to let us know at least 7 days prior to your arrival.
Wifi included.
Your nightly rate includes exit clean. Linen and towels are provided.
