We were very happy with our stay at the Friendship Boat House. There was a lot of history in this house which our Grandkids enjoyed so much. Everything was so nice and handy to get to other towns and enjoy the beaches, ocean and fishing areas. We will stay at this place again.
Everything was beyond expectations. The neighborhood was quiet. The stars were visible and a nice deck to enjoy the experience. Big back yard for the dogs to explore. The kitchen
was large and well stocked. One of the best features was large windows throughout the house so you could take in stunning sunsets. We went to the Damariscotta Pumpkin Festival and it was a short drive away. The house is very classy and it has alot of interesting facts about its history. We would come back. Thank You

Ok Boathouse
The owner was very responsive and helpful, which was the best thing about the stay. The property was clean, but the layout was not great. You had to walk through a bathroom to get to a bedroom. The couch in the living area was stained and old. The biggest problem was the bedroom upstairs had no shades or curtains so the sun came in right over the bed, which was also really uncomfortable with the thin mattress and metal frame
