The Space:
Our condo is thoughtfully equipped with baby-friendly amenities to make your stay as convenient as possible. We provide a changing table, portable play yard, baby bath, child-friendly utensils, a high chair, and a selection of children's books. Whether you’re here for a short visit or an extended stay, we've got everything you need to make your little ones feel right at home.
The Marisol Condominiums consist of three units that collectively share a communal space and a swimming pool. The pool is designated as private, and we kindly ask that only guests of the building complex utilize it. Access to the pool is restricted to residents and their accompanied visitors.
Please note that parking is limit to two vehicles per unit in the condo driveway. Each unit's parking space will be denoted. You must display your parking permit prominently inside your vehicle (preferably on the inside mirror or dashboard). These permits are available at check-in.
Guest Access:
La Copa Vacations ensures secure access to all Marisol Condominiums via digital keypads. Once you have provided all necessary documents and made full payment, you will get an email with complete instructions and a unique access code, expiring at 11am on your checkout day.
Getting Around:
The South Padre Island Metro is a free bus service that gets you within steps of most areas on South Padre Island. The island also has a "Park and Ride" facility on the South of town. Gulf Blvd., where these condos are located, is also very bike friendly.
Other Things to Note:
Pets are welcome for an extra charge of $65 plus taxes per pet.
Monthly bookings also include free weekly cleaning.
Primary guest must be age 21 or older to reserve.
Important Notice for Our Guests: A valid credit card is required on file upon arrival for possible incidentals.
