Whether you are lounging poolside, watching a game in the 3rd floor lounge, or exploring the city's renowned nightlife just minutes away, this stunning retreat promises an unforgettable stay.

LIVING SPACE, KITCHEN, + DINING: The open kitchen, living, and dining areas are a welcoming space for your group to gather in. Curl up with a good book on the comfortable couch or enjoy your favorite movie on the 75" flat screen Smart TV which offers cable + streaming. An abundance of windows allow plenty of natural light in and offers views of the pool and hot tub. The kitchen, which overlooks the pool, is fully equipped with the essentials needed to whip up a memorable meal. Guests can sit at the breakfast bar that seats 4 or at the dining table which seats 10.



BEDROOMS: The primary bedroom, which is on the first floor, offers a King size bed and an ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower and soaking tub. Just up the stairs, is a loft area with a secondary living area and flat screen TV and sofa bed, There are also 3 bedrooms and 2 additional full bathrooms on this floor. There is also a bedroom on the 3rd floor which is fitted with a Queen bed, Twin daybed, and trundle which accommodates 4 guests.



PRIVATE LOUNGE / BAR: On the 3rd floor you'll find the lounge with a third living space and views of downtown - the perfect backdrop for endless entertainment! Grab a seat at the bar and pour your favorite beer from the Kegerator* while you watch the Longhorns play on the state-of-the-art 110" projector. Whether you're hosting a corporate retreat, bachelorette weekend, or family movie night, the lounge offers the perfect blend of comfort and entertainment. There is also a bedroom on this level which is fitted with a Queen bed, Twin daybed, and trundle.



*You're welcome to order kegs through Party Barn, who will also deliver/install. Please note at least 2-3 days notice is needed to order.

LOCATION: Not only is this home full of amenities, but it's also perfectly located for the ultimate Austin adventure. Located on 11th Street in East Austin, this home is walking distance to some of Austin's most iconic restaurants and bars, such as Franklin's Barbecue, Paperboy, Nickel City and Hillside Farmacy. Just 3 minutes from downtown Austin and 6th street and 10 minutes from the Austin-Bergstrom International Airport, you’ll enjoy short commutes no matter where you’re heading!



THINGS TO NOTE



1) Our East Side Social Retreat is the perfect home base for families, family reunions, business travelers, responsible bachelor/bachelorette groups, and those looking to getaway for some R&R. Disruptive party groups are not permitted.



2) Outdoor amenities can be utilized from 7AM to 10 PM (in accordance with the city's noise ordinance).



3) No loud music is permitted throughout your stay.



4) Pets are NOT permitted.



5) The driveway is steep but 1 car can park in the driveway and street parking is permitted and easily available



6) The pool can be heated to 85 degrees for a fee of $200 / day (plus tax).



HOUSE LIMITATIONS: We’re happy to host your special occasion, but please note this property does not operate as a venue and is located in a quiet residential neighborhood. Our newly constructed luxury home is the perfect home base for families, family reunions, business travelers, responsible bachelor/bachelorette groups, and those looking to getaway for some R&R.
