Living space is comfortable and kitchen is very well appointed and functional. The bedrooms are great and can accommodate a lot of people! Outdoor space is excellent and especially nice for warm weather hang outs. Hosts are EXCELLENT and very responsive/easy to work with. Location is great - just note it is on a busy street. Easy access to downtown, shopping on South Congress, the lake (river), grocery and CVS

This was the best VRBO property we have ever stayed at! It was exactly like the photos and had every amenity imaginable and then some.We were a family of 8 adults and had fun playing all the games in the backyard, loved the pool and spent a lot of time in the fully equipped kitchen cooking and making cocktails.

Pool was a tremendous relief from the Texas heat, the putting green added a fun casual element to the yard, and the couch/tv area outside made the entire outdoor part of the house a wonderful environment.Communication was smooth and easy—would highly recommend this stay for large groups in Austin.

The Perfect Stay!!

We could not have asked for a better stay! Our hosts responded very quickly and were always there to answer our questions. So helpful! The house is in a great location and was perfect for 16 of us! It never felt too cramped and they had everything we needed. 5 stars!

Great Stay

Our group had a wonderful time staying at this property. The home was easy to get into upon arrival, clean, and big enough for our large group. The property managers were very quick to respond to any questions asked and were very helpful overall. I would definitely stay were again next time I come to Austin.

Excellent Stay!

We had a really great time here, for a group of 10 people. House was very nice, clean, and with large beds. Lots of activities too (pool, ping pong, darts, etc). Location was amazing, and the owners were very easy to communicate with. Highly recommend!

Bachelorette

This house was amazing. It was perfect for my friend’s bachelorette in Austin. We had 12 people very comfortably staying there and could have easily had more people. The house was clean and well stocked. The back patio was great for hanging out and the pool was a perfect addition. The house was also a short walk or drive to anywhere we wanted to go. Could not recommend a house more.

I stayed here with 14 guys for a bachelor party and couldn’t have been more pleased with the space. It was the perfect size for our group. Our host was extremely responsive and helpful. The only thing I can complain about is the water pressure in the shower

Solid Spot for a Group/Bachelor Party

Place was great for a large group of 19, everyone had space and the 3 bathrooms were helpful. It’s about a 10-15 minute Uber from downtown Austin and in a decent area of town. Home had a little wear and tear, and the trees in the backyard left a lot of debris on the ground, but overall it was solid for a large group of guys with no issues. The speaker system in the house was nice as well. The weather was chilly during our stay so the heated pool was clutch. Would definitely stay again, thanks so much!

Do yourself a favor, book this property for you next Trip!

We can’t say enough about this property and our stay. This house has such an amazing location and so many amazing amenities for larger groups. ATX has so many amazing things to do outside of where you’re staying but this home keeps that energy and excitement going when you are back from exploring the town. 10 out of 10 hands down!

Great Location!!

We had 15 woman from the ages of 18 to 87 years old. It was my 60th and my daughters 40th birthday trip. Thad was very responsive all the time throughout the process. The home was very clean and was equipped with all the amenities. Pool was warm and we loved the firepit. It was nice to have 2 Refrigerators, plenty of beds and baths. Was easy to uber from airport and everywhere. We would stay again if the opportunity arose. Thank you, Nanci

Perfect house for weekend with friends

We had a group of 10 come to Austin for a bachelor party weekend. The house was comfortable, clean, and has great communal space. The location was also convenient for accessing all Austin has to offer. The host was also very responsive. I highly recommend this house and host!

Nice House but busy street

The house was nicely decorated and organized. The pool and backyard were great fun. Unfortunately the house is on a main road so front bedrooms are very noisy from traffic. If you want to entertain, there is not a lot of kitchen serving pieces like pitchers or serving bowls. Overall a good experience because the management was very receptive.
