We had a great stay at this house in Austin! The house was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a fun and relaxing trip. The outdoor area was definitely a highlight — the pool and patio space were perfect for hanging out, having drinks, and enjoying the Texas weather. The location was also convenient for getting around anywhere in Austin including the airport. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting Austin!

Had a great time, the home is beautiful and so much to do at the property. The pool, putt putt, and ping pong table provided lots to do. Home also came stocked up with seasoning, condiments, and pots and pans which made cooking easy!

This house was perfect for a group of 12. By far the best part was the outdoor space, with a pool, fire pit, putting green, and covered area with tv and darts. The outdoor area was even bigger than we expected. Slept all 12 of us comfortably. And great location. Highly recommend!

Highly recommend this property! With a group of 19 we were worried about space but the house fit us comfortably and we never felt on top of each other. I stay at a lot of rentals and usually places don’t provide enough items like towels, garbage bags, coffee, etc., but this property had more than what we needed for 19 people which was a huge plus! It was a quick uber or drive to anywhere we wanted to go between Rainey st, 6th st, restaurants and the airport. We’re already talking about another trip to Austin and we would definitely stay here again!

This was the best VRBO property we have ever stayed at! It was exactly like the photos and had every amenity imaginable and then some.We were a family of 8 adults and had fun playing all the games in the backyard, loved the pool and spent a lot of time in the fully equipped kitchen cooking and making cocktails.

Amazing stay for bachelorette!!

We stayed here for a bachelorette party and it was great! The house comfortably slept our 20 guests, the host was very communicative, location was perfect, and the house was just as described. Would highly recommend!

Great house, great location, tons of beds

The house was as described and an easy check in process. It was the perfect spot for our group of 12 people as there are tons of beds in the large bedrooms. Would stay here again for sure

Unfortunately, our group was pretty disappointed in our stay. We picked this house because of the outdoor space and really didn’t end up spending much time in it. Upon arrival the back yard was dirty with leaves everywhere and just looked like it hadn’t been maintained. We picked up items left from the guests before. We had several issues that we had to contact the host about, and they were very responsive. I wouldn’t stay at this property again.

Great Stay

Our group had a wonderful time staying at this property. The home was easy to get into upon arrival, clean, and big enough for our large group. The property managers were very quick to respond to any questions asked and were very helpful overall. I would definitely stay were again next time I come to Austin.

Amazing place and location for a friend's get away weekend !

Booked this place for my bachelor party and it did not disappoint! Awesome house with great central hangout area and great backyard/pool! Super close to a brewery and some awesome restaurants!

Pool was a tremendous relief from the Texas heat, the putting green added a fun casual element to the yard, and the couch/tv area outside made the entire outdoor part of the house a wonderful environment.Communication was smooth and easy—would highly recommend this stay for large groups in Austin.
