Lage toll,1/2 Stunde zu Fuß ins Zentrum. Sehr schöner Garten, immer ein Schattenplatz. Kritik: kein Whirlpool und keine Einzelbetten wie angekündigt. Auf jeden Fall für ein wiederkommen zu empfehlen

Schöner Urlaub in einem tollen Haus und toller Umgebung

Wir haben das Ferienhaus stehr kurzfristig gebucht und waren sehr zufrieden. Das Haus hat alles was man für einen erholsamen Urlaub braucht. Zum Baden sind wir zur Insel "Il la Re" gefahren, sehr empfehlenswert. Abends ist La Rochelle zum Ausgehen perfekt. Viele Restaurant´s, Bar´s und andere Sehenswürdigkeiten. Aber auch über Tag ist La Rochelle nicht zu verachten!!!!. Das Haus verfügt über zwei Terrassen, sodass wir morgens beim Frühstück und Abends die Sonne genießen konnten. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder!!!!!!

lovely house in residential area in La Rochelle.

House was in a really quiet residential area in La Rochelle. Nice modern house with all amenities except air con or Fans. House is much too far from La Rochelle town or port to be walkable ( 2 kilometres at least). only one taxi firm in the whole of La Rochelle and they could be 1 to 3 hours depending how busy they were. Nothing in the way of shops or bars or restaurants anywhere near the house.

Eine erholsame schöne Woche in La Rochelle.

Wir (Meine Frau, unsere zwei Kindern 5 und 9, und ich) haben (leider) nur 1 ganz tolle Woche in La Rochelle verbracht! Das verdanken wir nicht nur dem geräumigen, sehr sauber und gepflegtem und geschmackvoll eingerichtetem Haus, sondern auch dem tollen Empfang und zahlreichen Tips von Myriam und noch wichtiger die Nähe zu La Rochelle Stadt Zentrum (Alter Hafen, das grösste Aquarium Europas, die Altstadt mit viele tollen Restaurants, Gasse und Sehenswürdigkeiten) in nur 20 Min (1,5 KM) zu Fuß. Die Nähe zu Inseln Ré, (10 Min mit dem Auto lädt einfach zu täglichen Ausflüge auf den tollen Strände der Inseln. Wir wurden auf jedem Fall nochmal hin oder weiterempfehlen.

Very Comfortable House

We had lovely holidays. La Rochelle is quite charming and animated. The house is very comfortable, bright, functional and well equipped. Its proximity to the city center makes it very convenient. Cycling around the city with its safe cycling lanes is ideal for exploring the city and surroundings (Cycled regularly up to Surgere and back) If you love food then try Christopher Countanceau's two michelin star restaurant. The house is to be definitely recommended

Maison conforme à ce que nous attendions

Nous avons passé un merveilleux séjour à La Rochelle, maison idéale pour une petite famille avec enfants. Jardin clos, maison lumineuse, bien décorée et agencée. Très bon accueil des propriétaires, bon chauffage, maison propre, 3 chambres, à proximité du port et des tours... A recommander...

Une location au top!

Nous avons passés une semaine vraiment très agréable dans une maison très accueillante...de grands espaces même en étant deux couples avec enfants...chacun avait sa tranquillité...proche du centre ville, du port (passage obligé à la boutique Chez Ernest le glacier que nous recommandons chaudement : c'est à tomber!) et de l'aquarium à pieds ou en voiture...un jardin très sympa et un potager en bonus...tous les équipements sont bien fonctionnels de la salle de bains à la cuisine, en passant par les toilettes...wi-fi apprécié des ados forcément...location très propre...et notre hôtesse a été d'une grande gentillesse...merci beaucoup à vous...nous recommandons à 200%...et en plus la déco est vraiment top! Un sans faute!

Nous avons beaucoup apprecie l'nvironnement de la maison,calme et verdoyant avec possibilite de se garer gratuitement. La location est à 5 mndu port, des plages et des commerces,et à 15mn se l'ils de Ré. C'est une maison plaisante, confortable et fonctionnelle.le jardin est grand. Une bonne prestation pour une famille avec enfants, et l'acceuil est sympa. Produit fidele aux photos, à recommander.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour

Excellent séjour à La Rochelle, dans une location qui a tenu ses promesses. Maison agréable et lumineuse, facile à vivre, état général parfait, propreté et literie irréprochables. Nous étions à proximité du bord de mer, du centre ville et de l'accès à l'ile de Ré tout en étant dans un secteur calme et reposant. Aucun problème d'environnement pour la sécurité des enfants. Les produits du potager mis à disposition ont donné une touche originale à la cuisine. Bref, une location familiale à prendre sans hésiter, pour un tarif très correct.

L'appréciation nous ravie car c'est exactement l'esprit que nous souhaitions donner à notre location. La maison est effectivement appropriée aux familles, c'est la campagne à 2 pas de la ville.
