The space
Main house with 3 bedrooms sleeps 6:
Spacious formal lounge with brand new sofa, split aircon unit and smart TV for you to wind down.

Dine in style with a fully equipped kitchen or enjoy the plethora of locally renowned restaurants. Please refer to Ada's Guidebook.

Dining is connected to beautiful decking area where you can enjoy a morning coffee taking in the stunning views over the spacious yard or enjoy a dinner with breath-taking sunsets. You may also see various wildlife like kangaroos and numerous species of birds on the property.
(A highchair is on-site for guests with young children.)

The bedroom accommodation consists of the Main bedroom with Queen bed, full mirror wardrobe, split aircon unit, TV and ensuite with all supplies you may need.

Second Bedroom with two Single beds and wardrobe.

Third Bedroom features Queen bed, wardrobe and beautiful fountain view.

2nd House with 1 massive suite:
if sleeps 8, other than the main house which accommodates 6 comfortably, there is a 2nd house offers a massive suite which is converted from 'gym/spa' room (refer to photos, kindly note the spa is strictly not in use). The suite comes with a full bathroom (shower, WC, vanity) with all supplies you may need. There is a fountain in between this house and the 3-bedroom main house.

Multipurpose room (separate booking needed)
In addition, there is an enormous multipurpose room in the 2nd house that would be suitable for running conferences/meetings, functions, celebrations, training sessions (dancing, painting, speech etc) or even use as a meditation area.
Kindly note this is NOT included in the listing unless booking separately at an additional cost, or it is strictly not accessible.

For any bookings, your group will have full access to Tennis Court and Pavilion between 7am-9pm, Ping Pong Table with rackets and balls placed in the garage for your entertainment anytime.
Guest access
Your host will greet you in person and provide an induction OR your host can open the gate for you and leave the keys in the property for you without meeting in person. (please let the host know your preference before arrival)
Other things to note
Please note that the host’s family (include 2 dogs) lives in a completely separate house in another section of the estate, which guests DO NOT have access to (including pool) and it is fenced off at the rear. You will enjoy your privacy and will NOT have any contact with the family.
