About this space
Welcoming all friends to your vacation Home Base! Full of natural light and well appointed for large groups or families. Spread out on 2 floors, this home has 2 separate living and dining areas. Located in a quiet and immaculate neighborhood, your group will be just minutes from everything the city has to offer. Large covered deck (with BBQ) overlooking a great back yard where the kids can play and walking distance to 2 parks, 5 minute walk to the Confederation Trail. Parking for up to 4 cars.

Other things to note
We welcome your furry friends but ask that they are kept off the furniture. We also offer a couple of sizes of pet crates which can be requested prior to arrival!

Great location!

We enjoyed our stay at this property. It is located just minutes from downtown Charlottetown in a residential neighborhood.The home was very comfortable and we had everything we needed. Thank you for a great vacation!

Host was very responsive. House set up well for a large group. Neighbors were friendly as well. A few minor maintenance items that did not impact our stay and she welcomed the feedback regarding them.

Perfect place for touring the island

We are a groups of motorcycle riders and needed a central place to go and see all areas of PEI over 4 days. We came back every evening and made great dinners together! The stay was perfect!

The Perfect Property in PEI!

We had five family members stay in this property in PEI, ages 30-85. My daughter and her husband insisted that we find a place big enough for them to get away from the rest of us if they wanted to, lol. This place perfectly fit the bill. There are three bedrooms upstairs, and two downstairs. There were three showers so everyone could get ready and be on time for our next adventure! We really didn’t end up using the second living room much but we were sure glad it was an option. I did do a little bit of homework down there. It’s beautifully decorated the owner was very responsive , and it’s clean as can be! It even pleased my mother-in-law! We got in much later than we planned the first night and there was no chance to get any snacks or groceries. How wonderful to arrive to find a welcoming little basket of snacks so that we weren’t starving. I would recommend this property to anyone!

Amazing Charlottetown property

We were a large group of 9 adults, some singles and some couples. We needed a lot of beds lol. This property fit the bill perfectly! We had more than enough room and beds. Speaking of the bedrooms they were an excellent size and very comfortable. Great closet space as well. The property had 2 family rooms which allowed our younger adults to have their own space. The kitchen was well equipped and had everything we needed. There were plenty of towels and even enough beach towels for us to use on our adventures. The back deck had a gazebo so we had some shade when needed and was a great place to sit during a light rain. The whole house was very clean. The neighbourhood is quiet and safe. On top of all this our host Tanya was super responsive. I had many questions which she answered very promptly. When we arrived there was a welcome letter and some snacks for us to enjoy. I had asked if the property had a cooler and when it didnt she offered to have one there for our use during our stay! The home may be beautiful but the hosts customer service was above and beyond. I would highly recommend this property !

We are located in a quiet residential neighborhood yet the home is only minutes from everything the city has to offer! Added bonus - close proximity to City Transit, the Charlottetown Airport , the Confederation Trail and the Perimeter Highway which leads away from the city to some of the most beautiful beaches in the Maritimes.
