A private lot with a converted RV that sleeps 2 queen size beds, and a second building, a small bunky that also sleeps 2 queen sized bunk beds. Screened in deck on a patio with picnic table, Walking bridge over part of the lake, a Raft available for leisurely paddling , a fire pit, new BBQ, peaceful tranquility, retreat, small trails. Clean water for swimming, dive off the dock or a wading area for kids. A birders paradise, stargazers or artists retreat. Small fish in the lake for fishers (catch and release) Relax!

Great tranquil off the beaten path place to stay. Jim was an excellent host. Everything was clean and really gave you a taste of what RV life is like. Highly recommended!!!!

What a magical place! We took our little boy on his first glamping trip. He loved the frogs and the walking paths. Mom and dad loved the quiet time around the fire. Jim and Del are lovely!

Great peaceful getaway

My dog and I had a wonderful stay at this little trailer on the lake. I was looking for a quiet, peaceful getaway, and that’s exactly what I got!My dog had a great time in the lake, chasing frogs and swimming around. And the hosts were absolutely lovely.

Jim and Del are amazing. Our family couldn't have pick a more relaxing, beautiful place to spend together. Our girls had a blast with the lake and frog catching, even our dog enjoyed playing in the water. Definitely would recommend.

Jim and Del were outstanding hosts. Attentive when needed otherwise let you be. The place is beautiful and relaxing with all the "glamping" amenities you need. Having dry fire wood is key to completing your evenings so that was very nice. If you want to step out for a couple of hours, beautiful Port Perry is 15 min. away. I highly recommend this stay.

This was a lovely spot to vacation. My husband,son,grandson,myself and our little dog Cali stayed. The guys stayed in the bunky, a nice addition. The grounds were very nice, lots of room! Pretty much everything was provided. We took our kayaks to cruise on the pond. It was very quiet and quaint. Only thing we would caution is there was alot of biting red ants, mostly around the bridge and foresty area.We would recommend it and will be back.

Beautiful property

Great little getaway if you’re looking for some peace and quiet. It’s a beautiful property: well maintained, clean, and peaceful. The trailer is quite spacious and the bunky is very nice as well. The hosts are lovely people! They provide you with firewood for the fire pit, which is very generous. Unfortunately we didn’t have great weather, but the hosts were so thoughtful and ensured we were warm and taken care of. Thank you so much for the great hospitality!

We had a wonderful stay at Jim and Delvea's country cottage paradise. On the site there are two campers that have been converted into cabins, so it's rustic without being "rough". Both have electricity, heating, cooling and plumbing, and were exceptionally clean and well maintained. Condiments and dishes were provided, and a Keurig coffee maker as well. We (family of four with two small children and a dog) had an absolute blast exploring the large property, including trails and ponds. We paddled all over on the floating raft and enjoyed catching frogs and watching the wildlife. Jim and Delvea were wonderful hosts and they really did cater to everything we needed, including an off leash romp with their dog and ours, and Delvea was even kind enough to bring one of her horses down to meet us which was truly above and beyond our expectations. The experience was magical and we will absolutely book again in the future.

We have a small lake that you can paddle around on, fire pit for night time relaxing and a few small walking trails. The wildlife is wonderful, we have seen deer, beavers, Otters, rabbits, turtles, and an extremely wide variety of birds including our favorites Trumpeter swans, Mallards and Blue Herons.
