Come and discover "L'Inoubliable," a recently renovated gem of comfort that will allow you to explore the beautiful city of Montreal in style!

Upon entering the apartment, you'll be greeted by state-of-the-art washer and dryer, just before discovering the spacious fully equipped kitchen. Designed to combine practicality and comfort, this ergonomic kitchen will allow you to concoct all your favorite recipes in a well-thought-out space.
Moving forward, you'll find the living room, where a magnificent marble table capable of accommodating up to six guests proudly stands. Nearby, a gas indoor fireplace topped with a 55" smart TV and a cozy sofa bed will invite you to relax after a busy day exploring the wonderful metropolis.
The living room is also equipped with blackout curtains, perfect for those who wish to enjoy a lazy morning on the sofa bed, as well as air conditioning to cool off during hot summer days. A well-deserved rest in sight!
Continuing your tour, you'll arrive in the bedroom, bathed in natural light thanks to its six windows (all equipped with blackout curtains to ensure peaceful mornings). This spacious bedroom is furnished with two very comfortable queen-size beds, as well as a large dressing room to store all your belongings. You'll also find a high chair for toddlers.
Finally, a superb bathroom with its original tiling, sink, toilet, and a stunning walk-in shower elegantly complete this space, offering you all the necessary comfort for an unforgettable stay.
ACCESS
✦ You will have access to the entire unit in complete privacy, with the exception of a storage closet.
✦ By booking with us, you will receive a Guest Manual giving you all the important information to know about the unit, in addition to the addresses of relevant activities and shops nearby!
✦ You will need to descend an internal staircase to access the entrance.
✦ We have smart outdoor bulbs that automatically light up at dusk, ensuring a safe pathway for guests navigating their front or back doors, balconies or staircases. We appreciate your cooperation in using the blackout curtains provided for your comfort!
✦ We'll be here to assist you every step of the way, from before your arrival, throughout your stay, and even after, ensuring a seamless experience.

*NOISE AWARENESS*
Please note that although your apartment is soundproof, noises from everyday family life upstairs can sometimes be heard, especially from 8am to 10pm. The antique wooden floors upstairs has a tendency to creak. If this bothers you, earplugs are available.
*TV*
We provide a smart TV in the unit, but do not offer cable channels. However, there is an HDMI cable available so you can connect your PC/Mac to the TV. You can also log in to your Netflix, Youtube, and other preferred streaming platforms.
*WIFI*
The apartment features a high-speed private WIFI network, allowing you to work remotely without any hassle :)
*LAUNDRY*
For added convenience, there is a state-of-the-art washer and dryer available.
*PARKING*
The private outdoor parking space can accommodate vehicles up to the size of a small SUV. Due to limited space and to prevent damage to the property, larger vehicles—such as trucks and Suburbans—must be parked on the street.
There is free on-street parking near the building. Make sure to read the restriction parking signs when you park your car anywhere in the city.
*AIR CONDITIONING & COMFORT*
The apartment is equipped with high-capacity air conditioning for the common areas—living room, dining room, kitchen, and hallways—to help keep things cool during warmer days.
For good airflow throughout the space, we recommend leaving the bedroom doors open and/or using the ceiling fan or standing fan provided in each bedroom.
We’ve organized the airflow in this simple setup to keep the space comfortable day and night. However, importantly consider your personal preferences for cooling as the unit does not have central air.
*CONSTRUCTION WORK IN ONE OF THE BUILDING'S APARTMENTS*
From January 5th to 30th, 2026, construction work will be carried out in one of the apartments adjacent to yours. We are renovating the bathroom there. You may hear construction noise from 8 am to 5 pm on weekdays during this period. Thank you for your understanding.
If this bothers you, earplugs are available in the accommodation.
*SNOW REMOVAL*
During winter, please be aware that our snow removal companies wait for 5 cm of snowfall to accumulate before dispatching their teams to clear the parking space and paths. Please consider whether this is manageable for you to move a stroller or walk through light snow. Note that the staircases are inside the building.
Generally, they will wait until the end of a precipitation to clear the snow only once.
A shovel will be available on site.
