The Space:

A first-floor corner condo in a quiet six-unit building, with an open-concept layout, warm wood finishes, and floor-to-ceiling glass that pulls in ocean air and light all day.



Both bedrooms have a king bed, a private en-suite, and air conditioning, and the large kitchen is set up for slow mornings and shared dinners.



Step from the living space into your own lounging pool and terrace, then onto a protected lawn that runs down to the pristine, rocky coastline.



The pool is shared across the six units and the upper palapa with just one neighbouring home, so the building stays low-density and calm.



Access is one flight of stairs down from street level.



One free covered parking space is included.



Guest Access:

The entire condo is yours, along with access to the shared pool and grounds.



The Neighborhood:

Carrizalillo is a quiet, residential pocket about a 5-minute walk from La Rinconada, where you will find restaurants, a mini-super, a pharmacy, bakeries, shops, and a salon.



Playa Carrizalillo, one of the town's prettiest swimming beaches, is a short walk away.



Getting Around:

Most guests walk or take a quick taxi.



One free covered parking space is included if you rent a car or scooter.



Other Things to Note:

This is a residential community, so we keep noise to a minimum between 10 PM and 8 AM.



No smoking anywhere on the property, and the shared pool is for registered guests only.



Please note there is a cliff directly in front of the yard. Children are welcome, but must be supervised at all times when outdoors.



All guests sign a short rental agreement before arrival; a secure link is sent ahead of your stay.
