Each studio consists of an open plan living & bedroom, opening onto a lovely deck with stunning views across the bay. They are perfectly set up with a kitchenette & bathroom, wifi & TV.

Accessed through a lovely courtyard, you have access to a peaceful outdoor area with an outdoor fire.

Perched above Matiatia Bay, the property is surrounded by native bush and the humming sound of the bees and cicadas. Directly below the property is Matiatia Ferry Terminal, but exploring either side of this you find beaches, boats, and lovely native bush. You can walk right around the headlands on either side, there are lovely bush walks with magical views and secret bays to discover. These studios are located in close proximity to Mudbrick and Cable Bay Vineyards making this an ideal accommodation choice if you are attending a wedding or event in the area. The main village of Oneroa with many shops, galleries, cafes, restaurants and the white sands of Oneroa Beach are a 15 minute walk or a few stops on the bus.

Each stay incurs a $75 charge for quality linen, towels and exit clean so you have nothing to do but relax, refresh and enjoy.
