We’re glad you found us kind and responsive, and we’re sorry the apartment wasn’t the right fit for your stay. The listing details disclose that the unit is attached to the main home with shared laundry, street parking, rear access, and remote entry. When you reached out regarding the temperature, we adjusted the climate control remotely. Furthermore, a substantial renovation is underway to improve privacy, laundry access, and outdoor amenities, including a new front-of-house access private entrance, private laundry facilities, an updated walk-in shower, and a covered patio with a grilling area. We appreciate your feedback as we work to enhance the property for future guests.
