Discover your perfect getaway in this charming ranch-style bungalow, offering a serene and secluded living experience. This cozy home boasts 1600 square feet of comfortable living space, designed for both relaxation and convenience. Enjoy single-story living with a layout that maximizes comfort and ease, featuring heated flooring throughout the bungalow to keep you warm in the winter time. Laundry day is a breeze with the in-unit, coin-free washer and dryer. Located in a prime area, this bungalow is half a mile from a premier 18-hole golf course, ideal for golf enthusiasts. Additionally, you’re just a less than five-minute drive to Sylvan Lake, which offers endless opportunities for recreation and relaxation.
You can also step outside to your own private oasis with a propane fire table and barbeque, perfect for entertaining or relaxing. An included green space on the side of building allows you to enjoy the beauty of nature right at your doorstep. As well, the property is protected by outdoor security cameras and a gated fence. This bungalow is perfect for those seeking a peaceful, comfortable, and convenient living space.
Please note: A rental agreement will need to be signed and any damages incurred on the property during time of stay will be charged to the user.

Awesome Airbnb Stay!
Our stay was amazing! The Airbnb is beautiful and close to Sylvan Lake which is where we spent the majority of our time. The hosts are also amazing and quick to reply to messages. We highly recommend and would stay again!

Too short of a stay!
It’s a great property! Remote and quiet. Close to the fun of sylvan but it’s a tranquil peaceful getaway that really feels healing!
Hosts are super friendly and eager to make your stay great. If you love nature, beautiful landscapes and peace and quiet, this place is for you!
The property itself was new, clean, well-appointed and very comfortable. Great quality bed mattresses and lots of space. We had 7 people staying and we all had plenty of our own space. Will be back for sure!
Only suggestion for owners is to add some fans for bedrooms because these hot summer days make for very warm nights when there isn’t any A/C. But we managed! Thanks a million. :)

The hosts were some of the kindest people we’ve ever met and went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. They were incredibly accommodating and made us feel so welcome from start to finish. The place itself was beautiful, very clean, and even nicer than expected, and the property was absolutely amazing. Overall, we had such a great experience and would 100% stay here again. Highly recommend!

I’m Abby your host! I live here in Sylvan Lake and have been a proud owner of this rental since 2022, when I decided to renovate and turn this rental into the little farming oasis you stay at now! I have always felt so lucky that I get to share a piece of my home with all of you and have been fortunate enough to see how this place becomes a home away from home for others! To me, this is the best part about hosting :) I am an avid reader, a huge outdoors girl and I thoroughly enjoy renovating older homes as well as old vintage wood pieces (ie. cabinetry, desks, bed frame, etc) as a hobby of mine!

To me, this is the best part about hosting :) I am an avid reader, a huge outdoors girl and I thoroughly enjoy renovating older homes as well as old vintage wood pieces (ie. cabinetry, desks, bed frame, etc) as a hobby of mine!

I chose this property as it sits on my family farm and it presented a great opportunity to change something unused into something others could enjoy! For many years the property sat vacant as an old office my mom’s accounting firm had been established in. After she moved her firm to Red Deer, the property sat vacant for a few years before I decided to take on the task of turning it into the cozy country bungalow it was born to be! I always wanted to share the scenery and serenity of the farm with others and have felt so fortunate to have been able to do just that! I love where I grew up and I hope that you all find some peace, quiet and much needed relaxation time on the farm in the way I have!

I think this property is unique because of the setting it presents. It’s not in Sylvan lake, so it’s quiet, peaceful and entirely separate from other people, but it’s also quick to get into town to go to the beach, eat at the restaurants offered or just visit the town shops! It’s a beautiful location and has tons of space for kids (or adults) to play, and it has many fun and loving animals who enjoy people immensely!
