Sylvan lake beach house located 1 block from the beach, lighthouse and main strip. Inside is a fresh and light beautiful main floor that has a fully equipped kitchen , bathroom and 2 bedrooms with full sized beds. The living room has a pull out couch for extra guests. The upstairs loft will be the perfect place for the kids to hang as it is equipped with 2 more beds and lots of area for hang out time after a day of sun.

Exactly as advertised. Very close to the beach, nice and neat. Kids loved the loft and selection of toys. Would absolutely revisit !

It was clean and was exactly as advertised. The loft was extremely hot , the teenagers couldn't sleep up there. The teens liked the fire pit and garage full of games. The location was amazing, a 2 min walk to the lake

Family get away

The Lighthouse was perfect for our family. It was cozy and well equipped. The party garage was perfect for our kids they spent a lot of time in there having fun. We cooked family meals and thoroughly enjoyed our time together.

50th Birthday!

We had such a wonderful time staying at The Lighthouse. It was a perfect spot for our girls trip. The house was great, the garage is so much fun and has a large backyard with fire pit. The hosts were great! We intend to make it an annual.

Perfect Summer Stay!

This place is a gem! We rented both properties for our Bridal Party this summer…and it worked out perfect! Property is clean, comfortable with fun decor and personal touches (and excellent shower). Definitely feels like a get away…with all the amenities! Yard and garage space was tidy - which was perfect for our gathering. ( also private enough front and back for a smaller group). Hosts were excellent - prompt reply + super helpful! Location is IDEAL…walking distance to beach, my fave coffee shop 😉…and fun shopping. Also easy for others to join that may be staying at the hotel! Parking across the back worked well…all important to note as parking is a premium in Sylvan Lake in the summer 😎 lots of positive comments from our group. This was our second stay here…(we had booked both for a pre-Christmas family gathering as well 🎄) …we’ll be back! Highly recommend…you will enjoy your stay👍👍

Cute, Cozy, Clean & Convenient!

Had a great stay in Dec for a Festive Family Gathering! Rented both places (next door as well) - it worked out perfect for our group. Hosts had decorated for Christmas...which was a nice touch :) Convenient location - 5 min walk for coffee on Lakeshore Drive and a bit of shopping. Hosts were helpful & responsive with check in/ check out process + a couple questions. Highly recommend - we have already booked both places again to be back in the summer! That said, will probably look for another occasion to return - it was nice little getaway! Thanks for a great stay.

Has great potential

Had a lovely girls weekend away at the property. Cute house with lots of potential but is in need of some love (paint, cob web removal, deeper cleaning, window coverings upstairs, light bulbs in fixtures). Also the hatchet desperately needs to be sharpened Was missing the additional extra special touches we have had in previous properties, like wood for the fire pit. Overall, decent place to stay but needs some love & care.

Family gathering

We had a great time. Weather was okay but having the garage as a little hideaway was nice for games. We could have used a space heater out there though. Upstairs was cute but the ladder up wasn't conducive for older or pregnant women so it limited as to who could use upstairs. Overall was a cute place for a getaway. Alexandra was quick to respond to inquiries.

Family gathering

We spent minimal time at the house and in town as we were a group of cousins from CA, WA and Ontario visiting a relative with a terminal diagnosis who lives nearby. We especially appreciated the separate sleeping areas and the well equiped kitchen. The property owner was very quick in responding when we had questions.

Cute colours and decor in this home but it needs work in the function. Lighting in kitchen for cooking was very poor and the oven did not heat well. So if your group likes to cook together you might be challenged in the kitchen. Comfy beds but missing pillow case and spilled pop? on the chair in the loft.. Garage was fun to hang in but unfortunatly no fire wood to burn in the backyard fire pit. Great location and close to Main Street.
