House was well clean with lots to do, pool was great with floats and toys, hot tub very well heated. Very nice short walk to the beautiful beach!

Great house and awesome location. Pool was perfect for the kids to spend the afternoon in. Bean Point is just steps away from the house. You can watch the sunset everyday from the rooftop deck. The house itself has many amenities that make your stay more comfortable. Great communication with the property managers. Would recommend to anyone and would stay at again.

Amazing New Year's stay at a modern beach House

We had an absolutely wonderful time ringing in the New Year at this stunning beach house! The property was spotless, spacious, and had everything we needed for a relaxing and memorable getaway. The kitchen was fully equipped, making it easy to prepare festive meals, and the cozy living room with its beautiful views of the ocean was the perfect spot for family gatherings.The outdoor area was a highlight for us – waking up to the sound of the waves and enjoying coffee on the deck was magical. The house's proximity to the beach was unbeatable; we loved taking long walks along the shore and even catching a sunrise and sunset.The host was incredibly responsive and made sure our stay was perfect from start to finish. We truly appreciated the attention to detail and the thoughtful touches around the home.This was the perfect place to kick off the New Year, and we can’t wait to return for another stay. Highly recommend this gem of a beach house!

Jan visit

The house was beautiful. The location was great, right across from the beach access. We were disappointed that the pool heater would not work. On day of arrival we reported the pool not working and they said an electrician would come Monday bc this was an ongoing issue. He did come and he fixed the breaker issue but the pool and hot tub remained broken, which was unfortunate for us in Jan. The pool guy said the new pool systems don’t work right and we should just enjoy the spa. One of the bigger reasons we chose this home was the pool/spas. When we left (a day early) the pool and both spas were broken, too cold to enjoy. We hope the home owner gets this information. The elevator does not work, which was okay for my family bc we are healthy.
