Nestled deep in the forest, Oliver’s Tiny House & Nordic Spa offers the ultimate semi off-grid glamping experience for couples, friends or solo travelers looking to slow down and reconnect with nature.
Cozy, thoughtfully designed, and surrounded by peaceful wilderness, this is a space to truly unplug.
THE PROPERTY:
After a day exploring nearby trails or visiting Port Dover, Turkey Point, or Long Point beaches, come home to your own private wellness oasis.
Unwind in the wood-burning hot tub, sweat it out in the wood-burning sauna, or refresh with a cold plunge bucket — all while gazing up at the star-filled sky.
Inside, our tiny home is designed with comfort and simplicity in mind. Cozy furnishings and modern amenities ensure you have everything you need to relax and recharge.
Escape the noise, embrace the quiet, and immerse yourself in the simple beauty of forest living.

Our wood-burning sauna and hot tub offer a truly authentic off-grid wellness experience.
Heating them requires time and patience — we recommend starting as soon as you arrive.

Optional pre-heating service available for $50 (includes firewood, kindling, and two hours of heating before arrival).
Expect natural elements: leaves or small forest debris may be present, and cedar wood can tint the water (this is safe and natural).
On-site firewood available:
$8 per bag or 3 bags for $20 | Fire starters: $3 each

POWER: At TIMES, we operate with a limited power supply. Electrical appliances may operate at a lower efficiency than you're used to at home. We ask guests to be conservative in their power usage to ensure a smooth experience. What this means is that you shouldn't have multiple lights/items running at the same time. In the case of no power or an act of God, we have a backup generator you can hook up.
INDOOR COOKING: Indoor stove-top cooking is not permitted. Outdoor cooking options include the propane BBQ (with side burner) and the fire pit.
LOFT ACCESS: The loft area is not suitable for young children or anyone with mobility concerns. By booking, you agree to our safety and liability policies.
SURROUNDINGS: Our 40-acre forest property may have other guests staying in separate cabins, but each space is thoughtfully placed to provide privacy. Your tiny home area and amenities are for your exclusive use only.
ROAD: The access road is unpaved — please drive slowly and carefully.
WIFI & CELLPHONE SERVICE: Limited or no cell service (especially Telus, Rogers, and Fido) 5G Wi-Fi available for messaging and calls (Whats App, FaceTime).
