Cute and safe neighborhood. Home was generally clean, master bathroom shower not working. The dryer in the basement makes a really loud noise. Best for adult visitors.

Overall, it is a great property, Shower in master bedroom was turned off and a few tiles on floor were loose. But main bathroom was fully functional.

Host was helpful as driveway needed plowed. And was able to check out eatly due to weather conditions. Master bathroom shower mildew snd loose tiles. Would not use. Overall cleanliness was not up to standards. Had to vacumn when we arrived. Refrigerator needs a new water filter. There was no can opener.

The furniture was very uncomfortable in living room. Stove and refrigerator were filthy. Landscaping was horrendous. Gnats were flying all over the house as well as long black bugs crawling on the floors. Last but not least the dishwasher didn’t work. We also paid for pets but did not bring them with us. We would appreciate our deposit returned.

PROS: responsive management, accommodated late check out, property as described, easy check inCONS: cleanliness (dusty as if it had been cleaned a long time before our arrival - not deep cleaned layers of dust on heat registers, under bed, etc), bottom sheets on all beds kept popping off and pillows extremely flat, shampoo in only one shower, slow internet, lawn un-mowed and property overgrown, bedroom thresholds broken and cracked, furniture odd ( weird chaise sofa in living room - only one nightstand per bedroom) and my biggest pet peeve - advertised as sleeps 6 but there are only 4 kitchen chairs even though there are room for more! 2 people needed to stand to eat!My family kept saying Management needs to move their family in for a weekend and see how this place functions and improve accordingly as it has great potential.

After reviewing your comments with the homeowner, they’d like to share the following:- We've scheduled seasonal deep cleans moving forward to address any dust or buildup that regular cleanings may miss.- The landscaping service has been upgraded to a provider with higher standards to ensure the exterior stays well-kept.- Two additional dining chairs are added to the purchasing list to be bought soon to make sure all guests can enjoy meals together comfortably.- Maintenance has been notified to repair the bedroom thresholds and ensure the property stays safe and functional.- While the property manager is always available for support, we weren’t contacted during your visit. Reaching out at the moment often allows us to fix things right away and improve your stay.Thanks for taking the time to leave your review. We appreciate your feedback and will continue to work closely to ensure the best possible guest experience moving forward.
