This bright large 6-bd/3-bth home is ideal for large families/groups of friends. Behind high remote gates, enjoy privacy overlooking the stunning Maribyrnong River, with panoramic park & river views, next to a playground, bike tracks & river walks. Close to Highpoint Shopping Centre, popular Anglers Tavern, Boat House, Melb Show Grounds, Flemington Racetrack, Union Rd precinct, trams & buses. 10m solar heated pool with spa, lush outdoor area, 2bbq areas, tranquil balcony view. 15mins to CBD.

Our home has been used for photoshoots and commercial events. While we have a strict no-party policy, we may consider small celebrations on a case-by-case basis. If you're planning one, please provide details in advance, and we’ll let you know if it can be accommodated.

Amazing House and Stay

Viv's place is fantastic. Quiet location but great base from which to get around Melbourne. Full of character, lots of space and light, great pool and balcony areas to hang. Viv is a great host, easy comm's and very welcoming.

Brum's suburban gem

Absolutely loved staying at Brum's place! The host 'Viv' was amazing making my booking easy and going above and beyond for us. The house is a tropical paradise in the heart of melbourne's west with beautiful views and plenty of room for a large family.

Amazing, well-equipped and spacious home

It was a fantastic house for our large group. We had access to everything we could ask for. The house was so comfortable and warm. It was also very well-located. We wish we could have stayed longer! Viv was a great host, super helpful and responsive. I would highly recommend this property and hope to return again.

Amazing property full of zen

Brum's place was very special. Lots of zen like ornaments, beautiful homewares, very artistic and beautiful nature surrounds the property. We loved the house and the pool was great to have a splash. The house was perfect for our group of 9, beds were very comfortable and there are plenty of bathrooms so everyone is catered for. Viv is an amazing host and I'll definitely be returning. Thanks for everything Viv. You're a legend :)

It was a pleasure hosting Mina and family over the Easter weekend. We hope you enjoyed the beautiful, spacious home, river views, and the relaxing pool atmosphere. However, we were disappointed to discover after check-out that two pets had stayed without being declared or included in the booking. While our property is pet-friendly, it’s important, as outlined in our listing and booking process, that any pets are disclosed and the box ticked in the guest list at the time of reservation, and the appropriate pet fee applied. This is standard practice across all listings. Our friendly follow-up regarding the undeclared pets and applicable fee was unfortunately met with hostility. As hosts, we strive to create a warm, welcoming, and well-maintained space for our guests. In return, we simply ask for honesty, respect, and clear communication to ensure the best experience for everyone involved. While this stay was ultimately disappointing, we remain committed to providing great stays for respectful guests.

For nearly 30 years, I have called this house home, with my husband and I raising our four children here and filling it with love, laughter, and countless cherished memories. Now that our kids are grown, I am delighted to share this special place with other families looking for the perfect setting to create their own unforgettable moments.

Nestled in a stunning location, our home is surrounded by parklands with breathtaking views of the Maribyrnong River. The neighboring park’s playground was a favorite spot when our kids were young, where we spent hours playing, riding bikes along the river, and enjoying BBQs and picnics. From our balcony, we’ve watched countless families celebrating, and we’ve always felt lucky to be part of such a lively and welcoming community.

The outdoor area is one of our favorite features—our 10-meter pool and tropical-style setting make it the perfect retreat to cool off on a hot day, relax with a book and a cool drink, or gather with loved ones.

The balcony remains our ultimate sanctuary, where we start our mornings among the gum trees, often visited by colorful lorikeets. Having worked from home for many years, this peaceful oasis has been a joy, even if our kids always joked that we never had “real jobs.”

With its spacious layout, the house is ideal for large families, multiple families, or groups of friends looking to celebrate special occasions. We take great joy in opening our home to others who appreciate its warm, welcoming atmosphere and the beauty of its green and waterside surroundings.
