The place was clean and we were able to have 3 daughters, my wife and myself sleep comfortably in the 3 bedrooms. It was exactly what we were looking for. The amenities need to be addressed but we hope to stay there again in the near future.

Good experience overall. It lacks amenities like soap and shampoo as well as some basic kitchen supplies/pans but would recommend staying here. The paint and art pieces give you a lot to think about.

The house is located in nice neighborhood. Very easy to check in and house is clean and as described. I did not notice from the description that there is no washer and dryer in the house. We have short stay so it is OK.

This home was very niceeeee

Everything was great about the house that I stayed in. It was just beds wasn’t made in dirty linen on the floor from previous guest before me mirrors was dirty bathrooms was dirty, but it was a major fix because we cleaned up when we got there but everything else was great.

The property is relatively new and it was quiet except when aircrafts flying over the area. The weather was unusually coolet than usual so we could have used extra blakets. Other than tha above we enjoyed our stay.

Family Weekend in Rochester

Home was spacious and in a quiet neighborhood. There could be a little more attention to the preparation of the home. A bed did not have sheets on it, but we were able to locate them in the closet. Limited kitchen plates/cups. Home capacity sleeps 6 but only service for 4. Otherwise a nice home to enjoy a weekend with family and our college kids.

Kitchen setup was awful. First, dishes in the dishwasher were letf dirty. No detergent for dishwasher. A mixed mess of plated, bowls, utensils should be upgraded to match for 6 people. No sheets on the king bed! Beds were good quality, but not enough blankets. And if you didn't hear the first time, No sheets on the king bed! The towels were totally inadequate and the lack of shampoo, conditioner, and body soap in the bathrooms was disappointing. I'm not going to mention the pair colors because i guess that's personal perferance. The price was a high point and the location was good. This could have been a wonderful experience but was turned sour due to the lack of attention to detail.
