✦ The apartment is located on the 1st floor and the basement. Count 8 outside steps to access the unit and then 14 inside steps to go down to the basement.

*NOISE*
We want your stay to be as enjoyable as possible! Please note that, like everywhere in Montreal, our charming vintage building may experience some traffic noise. There may also be occasional sounds from neighboring apartments. For those who are sensitive to noise, we provide earplugs on-site.

*TOWELS*
We use fine microfiber towels, a more ecological choice to reduce our environmental impact, while offering optimal comfort.

*TV*
We have a smart TV in the unit but do not offer a cable channel. There is an HDMI cable so you can connect your PC/Mac to the TV. You'll also be able to connect to your Netflix account, Youtube and other platforms of your choice.

*WASHING MACHINE*
There's a state-of-the-art washer and dryer for added convenience.

*PARKING*
The private indoor parking garage can accommodate vehicles up to the size of a small SUV. Due to limited space and to prevent damage to the property, larger vehicles—such as trucks and Suburbans—must be parked on the street. No parking in front of the garage as you can receive a ticket by the city.

There is free on-street parking near the building. Make sure to read the restriction parking signs when you park your car anywhere in the city.

*AIR CONDITIONING & COMFORT*
The apartment is equipped with high-capacity air conditioning for the common areas—living room, dining room, kitchen, and hallways—to help keep things cool during warmer days.
For good airflow throughout the space, we recommend leaving the bedroom doors open and/or using the ceiling fan or standing fan provided in each bedroom.
We’ve organized the airflow in this simple setup to keep the space comfortable day and night. However, importantly consider your personal preferences for cooling as the unit does not have central air.

*SNOW REMOVAL*
During winter, please be aware that our snow removal companies wait for 5 cm of snowfall to accumulate before dispatching their teams to clear in front of the garage and the stairs. Please consider whether this is manageable for you, especially when navigating staircases, moving strollers, or walking through light snow. Generally, they will wait until the end of a precipitation to clear the snow only once.
A shovel will be available on site.

*NOISE DETECTOR*
A noise detector is installed in the unit. You will receive automated messages if the sound level becomes too high. Please respect quiet hours from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. A warning will be sent before any penalty is imposed. Then, if quiet hours are still not respected, a penalty will be applied. This penalty may be repeated multiple times if the noise does not decrease.
